This extra support is invaluable, because at KindiCare, we have found that upwards of 80% of candidates who register for work with KindiCare Jobs do not apply directly for a position.
Kim says there are many reasons for this, including a lack of confidence and experience in candidates representing themselves to their full potential, as well as misconceptions about specific providers.
