Very sad to see so many administration staff leave since Edge took over little Penguins.
There will surely be a flow on effect in the the management of the centre soon.
Have 2 kids at the practice. Absolutely brilliant. Staff are committed, the chef is amazing. Clean and tidy.

Highly recommend edge early learning centre in Higgins. Friendly and engaging staff. Rooms are structure well for each learning age. Promotes a secure, healthy and playful environment for our child who thrives!
I had an incident in this early childhood service with my child on several occasions, we were going to pick him up , finding him with marks on his faces and the educators did not know what had happened, we informed the director and the answer was as many as 20 children at a time that many children can’t be supervised at all the same time, that was so unprofessional answer in our view, this forced us as a family to take the decision of change my son to a new service.
I want to acknowledge the hard working and amazing educators who look after our babies when we are at work. I especially want to recognise Mercy, every time I drop off my daughter, my daughter cries bloody murder, despite of this Mercy has a positive, caring and beautiful attitude every time. Mercy has never made me feel like my daughter is a burden, she happily cuddles her and settles her perfectly. I am beyond grateful as this has made the transition to daycare so much easier. Thank you so, so much Mercy, you’re a beautiful person!!

The director in charge has an extremely unprofessional attitude towards her duties and shows no condolences towards the children or their families. If confronted about this, she says “it’s not our responsibility”. Extremely unhappy with this place.
Little Penguins have such wonderful staff and amenities that my son enjoys being there. The staff are kind and caring and do a great job of having different things for the children to enjoy.
I love that the children are outside as much as possible.
Centre management keeps us well informed as parents, especially for the past 2 years with all the pandemic dramas.
