I have been working in the Education and Care Sector for more than 25 years 13 years of which has been in leadership and service management.

My passion for Early childhood started at a very young age with my first role being an after-school care educator at aged 16.

I have since had 4 children of my own which further enhanced my passion for care and education in the early years.

I believe my strengths are connecting with children and their families and supporting my team of educators to be the best possible versions of themselves.

I am respectful, honest and trustworthy with an open-door policy. I strongly believe children learn best when they feel safe secure and supported and by offering them opportunities to explore the world around them including all weather play, loose parts and messy play using all senses.
