Trinity Christian School

A school that supports conversion therapy is absolutely abhorrent.

I liked it here, there is an academic focus which suited me. The culture is a bit bizarre though, with school spirit severely lacking and some of the attitudes among the teachers being disheartening. There isn't much sport, so if your kid is athletic they won't have much opportunity to explore that. Most of the extracurricular activities offered when I was there were religious activities (worship band, ISCF) but there were some good musical extracurriculars too (jazz band, vocal ensemble). If you're of the Pentecostal persuasion you'd probably find the religious education and the way this affects other activities positive, but it can be a bit aggressive. There is a new principal since I graduated, so some of the odd aspects and lack of positive culture amongst the students may have been improved!

Our family's experience at Trinity Primary School has been one of enjoyment - for our 2 children, and satisfaction as parents.
Information to parents from teachers and staff has been exemplary and I've loved the Seesaw app.
The few issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly and with care and grace.
We are leaving with great sadness - and only due to health reasons due to travel commitments.
Thank you Trinity Christian School for making this year of 2015 one of happy memories in our children's learning experience.We will miss you all.
May Jesus continue to bless what Trinity is doing in the South of Canberra in regards to Christian Education.
