Leichhardt Little Stars Nursery and Early Learning Centre

Perfectly equipped centre. What separates this daycares from others is the fantastic staff and how detailed they are with their care. Highly recommended

I feel very lucky to have found Leichhardt Little Stars. It is a small centre with amazing staff. My daughter has been going there since she was 6 months old and they are like a second family to her. From the freshly cooked meals through to the daily activities and even the occasional excursion, all the kids have such a great time each day.

Our daughter started at Little Stars last month at 11 months old, and we’ve had the most wonderful experience! Milia is such a compassionate and communicative director, and the educators are all so caring and interested in the kids. We feel so comfortable taking our daughter there, and each time I come to pick her up I can see how happy she is with the other kids and teachers. Highly recommend this centre.

Little Stars is the most wonderful independently run daycare. One thing that is great is the size, a small daycare, allowing focused care for all the kids. The staff are so lovely, the Centre Manager is always so welcoming to any conversation, and available, which is uncommon in some of the bigger centres. The food is prepared daily, and it's a beautiful fresh variety of tasty goodness. It may not be the cheapest daycare centre, but the nurturing and caring environment, the care that's provided and all the other things I've already mentioned, make it well worth it. Thank you, Little Stars, for providing amazingly wonderful care for my nephew.

Little stars is a small centre but therefore not second to any. We have had a great experience here with both my children. The kids receive great care from the food cooked inside the centre by the lovely Carmen to be taken out when a bit older regularly on excursions in the neighbourhood. All the educators are very professional and have always looked after my kids with great care. I can highly recommend the place.

I cannot recommend Little Stars more highly. Our son has been attending since he was 4 months old, and is now 2.5 years old. As soon as we drop him off, hr is straight into his routine from breakfast to Afternoon Tea. Milia and the girls that work at the daycare centre are amazing with him and are very caring, loving and supportive of his needs, and development as he grows. Love seeing the photos on the centres app, of our son with the other children, having a fantastic and happy time. It is a lovely little centre, with a great outdoor play area for the kids to run around with the other kids, and participate in activities like water play. 5-Stars all round for Milla, and the Girls at Little Stars.

My son has attended Little Stars Leichhardt since he was 11 months old, the care he’s received has been amazing. He is now over 2 years old and loves all the daily changing activities, outdoor space and the different exciting excursions. The staff are caring and we always get daily feedback. The app with photos is a highlight of my day. Cannot recommend Little Stars Leichhardt enough!

We had a great experience at Little Stars and Milia and her excellent team of educators were very understanding of my anxiety as a new mum leaving her 13 month old baby for the first time. Little Stars has a lovely community feel and is a great small centre where the children can form strong connections with all of the educators and make friends across all ages. We particularly appreciated the warmth of the educators and definitely felt that our child’s individual needs were attended to and appreciated.

Our daughter has been at Little Stars Leichhardt for more than a year, and she loves it. From the outset, we found the environment caring, supportive of our daughter's needs and develpoment, and the team very warm. We feel it has been an amazing place for her. Given it's a smaller daycare centre, there's a really nice family/community vibe.

We moved our two girls to Little stars at the start of the year. I was worried how they would transition as they were previously at a wonderful daycare. It could have not have gone any smoother! The girls love it, it’s smaller and much more personal than previous daycares and the staff are so attentive and engaged. We have been most impressed with the special activities and trips that the girls have been exposed too. From a new pet rabbit at the centre through to a day visit into the City for lunar new year. Milia the manager was very accomodating with start dates and half days to settle the girls at the start and is always seeking feedback for ways to improve. Would happily recommend.
