I have enrolled my son to this centre for about 7 or 8 weeks ago and I got really upset this Monday morning so that I had to take my son away straight away from centre after I just dropped him off. I was shocked about Centre manager's poorly performed problem solving skills and terrible attitude. The most disappointed part is how they handled this situation tion. I sincerely doubt about Guardian system.  I had to move my son to this place because my company relocated several months ago and now I am so sorry that I put my son in this situation.

and Today I received phone call from one of their management people claiming that I should have not leave this review to affect on their score and soon there is a fake review showed up from someone so called “also a parent”  I don’t even know but apparently she knows me well. Even know where am I from and who I married to. But she already deleted her original offensive post and changed to a fake 5 stars review but I have already screenshot everything and reported.

I could not really see how my son was doing in the room because COVID restrictions but I really don’t recommend any parents to attend this centre. If a person who works in education don’t even know what is called respect, then she has no value to be around children.

Hope this review remains, not deleted again. I will post again if this is deleted. All parents who are thinking to put their loved babies to here deserves to know what kind of place they are going to.

Kind and Caring centre. My son loves it. The centre is the best around here and the director and carers is so kind. I proud to know my son is happy in Guardian.

Worst place to send your children. Bad attitude, not knowing how to handle situation. management not trying to solve the problems.

I don't know how they managed to delete my original review post. Anyway I already claim to related department about what happened in there.Fact is fact, it has 0 care for family's position and not friendly environment.

Balmain Cove is a wonderful centre, the educators are second to none. My daughter had been attending for 2.5 years and it has been a wonderful experience all round.
