Lily l am still waiting for you to pay my $1000 superannuation. It's been 1year and 2 months. Don't ever trust this woman NEVER!!!!!

We changed centres due to constant movement in staffing and the centre not being able to communicate anything about the kids routine properly... I've been waiting for my bond to be refunded for about 8 weeks now... I've written emails and maintained followup but I have not received a single reply to my emails or calls... I'm extremely disappointed with the way the centre has handled us. I have witnessed, first hand the centre's service quality go from good to extremely poor. I hope I get my refund back. Otherwise I have no choice but to take further action on this.

We attended this centre for years but due to major staffing changes earlier this year we decided to leave. It was also an ordeal trying to get my bond refunded but it was eventually refunded after 5 weeks. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this centre.

Childcare work attracts caring types, and like all caring and educational professions, it attracts a disproportionate ratio of individuals who thrive on inflicting harm to those in their charge. It will never change. Hopefully it will change here.

I am a few weeks into the care for my 18 month old at Sunshine and could not be happier. The only thing that makes me sad is my boy walking straight in without a kiss or a hug as he is excited about his day! Highly recommend

My son first attended Caring4Kids/Sunshine Early learning centre in Great North Road when he was 8 months old.. He is now 4 and we have nothing but praise for the staff and the directors.. They provide wonderful support and care. The school program is tailored for each child and can't speak highly enough of the extra curricular programs that they have like sports and yoga which my son looks forward to every term! Thanks once again ladies for all the love! We have now moved on to Preschool and my son still misses his wonderful educators Mary and Fariska.

I’m so impressed with Caring 4 Kids at Great North Rd, Five Dock. The team led by Mary and Fariska are wonderful and my son absolutely adores them. He loves going each day, spending time with the other kids and participating in a range of different activities. Each day, parents receive an update about the day including menu, activities and lots of wonderful photos - receiving it is the highlight of my workday. They are super quick to respond to any illness or even potential illness, and that means the children at the centre are healthy, happy and smiling. You can tell the sign of a good centre is where you can see the kids smiling, laughing and genuinely loving their time with the educators. If that’s what you’re looking for, then this is the centre you need. My son started in their Angel Babies room, and I look forward to seeing his journey through to school readiness. I know he’s in wonderful hands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
