Goodstart Early Learning North Sydney - West Street

I have been working in the Early Childhood Education sector in Australia as an Early Childhood Teacher since 2005 and directing centres over 5 years. There have been many changes in Early Childhood care and education during this time. I am moving with those changes and continue to listen to the needs of the children, families and our team. I am passionate about giving children the love and encouragement they need to build confidence as they enter different stages of their early years, helping them take risks, and develop as individuals.

As a team, we pride ourselves on providing infants, toddlers and young children with positive learning experiences by way of planning and facilitating meaningful experiences based on our in-depth knowledge of each child, as well as children’s interests.

I believe all children have the right to an education, to learn and be in a safe, healthy, nurturing, fun and respectful environment. We achieve this by role modelling appropriate behaviours, illustrating respect, concern and consideration for others in thought, word and action, I also believe in demonstrating a knowledge of and an appreciation for a variety of culture throughout the centre.
