Great childcare with stable staff. My daughter really likes the other kids and the age range mixed together. Excited to return to Stringybark in the morning and happy to see me at pick-up. Best situation!

Stringybark is my 3 year old son’s favourite place to be at, so much so that he gets excited when he hears its name. Gita is patient, considerate & kind - was helpful with our silly queries when we first got our son in 3 months ago. The other carers’ are patient with the kids & know exactly how to deal with them (something I struggle with haha) - I learn a thing or two when I pick him up. Stringybark is my son’s second home & I’m sure it’ll be home for my second son as well ! Appreciate the simple daily reflection letters they send - we look forward to receiving it everyday with its cute pictures of our little ones. Would certainly recommend Stringybark to anyone who’s looking for a good & reliable day care. Home away from home for sure!

As new migrants, it was a challenge for us adjusting in a new environment, especially when we're leaving our 2 years old in daycare for the first time. Gita was very accomodating and answered all our queries with patience.We are grateful we found Stringybark childcare, we are amazed how our daughter adjusted very quicky and has learned so many of her firsts. The educators are friendly, caring and nurturing. I highly recommend this daycare centre.

My child attends Stringybark for half a week, and spends another half of the week at a franchise daycare who boasts hundreds of centres across Australia. What sets Stringybark apart, especially from the franchise daycare centre we attend, is the personalized attention and care each child receives. Unlike the larger centre where children can sometimes get lost in the crowd, here, every child is seen and valued as an individual. We also appreciate that Stringybark regularly organises visits from professionals such as a local dentist and local fire-fighters; the experiences were fun, educational, and meaningful to my child. It's evident that the staff genuinely love what they do and are passionate about creating a nurturing environment for the children. There's a sense of community, family, and collaboration among the staff, parents, and children that you simply can't replicate in larger settings. One of my fondest memory of Stringybark would be the moment when parents, children and educators all gathered around in a circle during the 2023 Christmas picnic, singing Christmas songs as the sun sets over the park. Overall, I highly recommend Stringybark Childcare and Learning Centre to any parent looking for a loving, supportive, and enriching environment for their child. It's a hidden gem in the world of childcare, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found it. Gita and the team working at Stringybark Child Care and Learning Centre at the time our daughter was there were absolutely legends :) Gita was always very flexible, understanding and accommodating. The educators were very gentle, friendly and took the time to listen and understand the children's requests and needs. Transitioning back to work was a bit challenging for me and the thought of leaving my 2 year old with 'strangers' was daunting to say the least, however, after meeting Gita and the teachers I knew this would be a home away from home to my little one. 9 years later, we still pop in to say hi to Gita and the new crew. The place is still as welcoming and homey as it was when my daughter attended. Stringybark Child Care and Learning Centre really feels like home, the building itself is very cosy, comfortable and facilitates a lot of engagement amongst the children and between kids and educators. I really enjoy how Gita supports children's learning development and independence. Also, we have remained very close friends with some of the families that were at the centre at the same time we were, this really shows the great community/family vibe Gita and her staff have managed to create for all families. I wish Gita and her educators all the best.

We never had a problem in this amazing childcare. Gita and the team are very approachable and accommodating. It helped a lot for migrants like us who were just on the phase of big adjustment that time. My daughter has learned to socialise, handle her emotions, discover cultural diversity, and a lot more values. A daily journal is being sent everyday to keep the parents updated on the activities and so we have something to talk about at home. We also enjoyed the family days that they organised. Stringybark child care is a wonderful foundation for our daughter.
