This is an outstanding preschool, I really couldn't recommend it more highly. It's warm, nurturing and caring and my children absolutely loved going. I was always blown away by how hard working and studious the children were - they always seemed so happy and engaged. The school instils in children a real love of learning that sets them up well for their future schooling.

Well established Montessori school with highly experienced and caring teachers. Beautiful indoor and outdoor environment. Focuses on child led learning and encourages independence in kids. My daughters loved their time here and made wonderful friends. A very special place to start their schooling.

We came to an Open Day for this little school last September and our daughter (4 yo) was like a duck to water with the fantastic puzzles and other interesting materials at the school. The teachers were so informative, approachable + gracious. The parents were also so genuine + caring. We watched our daughter play for about half an hour and noticed such a spark in her... I kid you not!
She HATED going to her daycare 2 days a week, and the daycare staff suggested increasing her days... but this baffled me. We promptly + intuitvely decided there and then to sign her up for Castlecrag Montessori.
Since our daughter commenced Montessori she has flourished! She now attends class 5 days a week + WANTS to go to school. I thank the staff for all they have offered. We are full of gratitude to have found this little gem of a school. If you're after fantastic teachers to guide your child, then look no further.

This is a beautiful preschool and a very special community to be a part of. My three year old has just started and my five year old finished her third year in 2018 before heading to kindergarten in 2019. CMS has prepared my older daughter exceptionally well for school: she is independent, loves learning and has a constant curiosity which I put down to her excellent start at CMS. It was also a very smooth adjustment to a full week of school after spending most of last year in the extended day class from 8:30 to 2:30pm every day. The CMS teachers are nurturing, kind and incredibly experienced; they have been working together for many years and their collective knowledge is evident in the way they work with the children and each other. I cannot recommend this school highly enough to nurture your child's development in these extremely important early years.

A hidden gem. I think a lot of people are not aware of this school - the calibre of educators, the environment both inside and outside the classroom for kids to learn and explore within the setting is both extremely unique and rewarding. It’s been an enchanting experience for my daughter - and the parents who voluntarily come together to contribute and give back to the school community is testament to how much they feel their kids get so much out of it.
