We are incredibly grateful to Goodhands Childcare Centre for providing such a nurturing and caring environment for our children. The peace of mind my husband and I feel knowing they are in good hands is invaluable, and we've also been introduced to a wonderful community of families. After visiting nearly 10 different centres, we finally found a reliable, trustworthy, and warm place for our kids. Mahshid, the director, was especially helpful with her thoughtful approach to settling our children in—a method we hadn’t seen anywhere else. Goodhands is not just another childcare business; they genuinely care for and give attention to every child. Thank you for being such an amazing centre for our family!

محیط دوستانه، امن، و لذت‌بخش ‌برای بچه‌ها، مخصوصاً برای بچه‌های ایرانی. مهمترین و رضایتبخش‌ترین نکته اینه که بچه‌‌ی ما این مهد رو واقعاً دوست داره و هر روز صبح به عشق رفتن به این مهد از خواب بیدار میشه. من این مهد رو واقعاً توصیه میکنم، مخصوصاً به خانواده‌های ایرانی

I can’t explain how happy we are with Mahshid and the team. The effort and dedication they’ve made to make our little one welcome and safe is beyond words. It’s a guarantee that at pick up, our little one had an amazing day and was well looked after. Can’t recommend them enough!

Both of my children are attending Goodhands and they are truly a great daycare centre. There is barely any staff turnover and all the educators genuinely enjoy their jobs. 我想感谢Goodhands 对我两个孩子的照顾和帮助。Sophie是两岁半开始上学的，那个时候Sophie 胆子比较小，也怕生，刚开始哭了好几周。不过在老师们的照顾和鼓励下，Sophie现在活泼开朗，也对生活更好奇，会经常问我们一些现象后面的原理是什么。Jeremy两岁开始上学，一下就适应了。老师会带着他接触不同的兴趣爱好，看他喜欢什么，再鼓励孩子去自己完成。 Goodhands 很注重孩子的心理健康，也经常会有一些和社会现象，或者不同国家传统有关的主题，全面培养孩子的发展。 其实我相信很多父母最担心的还是孩子的安全，因为小朋友在玩耍的时候不可能避免一些受伤或者和别的孩子的冲突。这个时候老师和学校的处理方式和态度都很重要。然而这些是你去tour问不出来的，要孩子上学了，遇到事了才会慢慢感受和了解。 在这个方面，Goodhands 很负责。我的两个孩子不管是摔倒受伤还是和别的小朋友有摩擦，老师们都会第一时间采取措施，告诉家长。他们从来没有拖延或者推脱过责任，总是第一时间照顾好小朋友或者化解孩子们的矛盾。 最后说一句，这个daycare其实是老板Mary开给自己5个孙子孙女来上学的，所以可以经常看到老板给daycare添东西，关心老师孩子们。 希望我的反馈可以帮到你。想要送宝宝来上学的爸妈们要快，这里真的很好，以后waiting list 肯定越来越长。

Fabulous childcare, very caring and welcoming and love that the older kids can play with the younger kids. They really take care of the parents too and are very flexible with holidays.

I cannot recommend Good Hands enough! Our family have experienced a number of great daycares over our childrens early childhood but we found Good Hands for our youngest this year. It is a small group of kids run by engaging educators, who genuinely care about your child as an individual and their development. We have never felt so comfortable dropping off a little one because we know they will be cared for in a way that is as close to what they would get at home as you can get.

Good hands es como nuestra segunda familia en Australia. Nuestros 3 hijos han ido a este centro, nos encanta que todos los ninos comparten un mismo espacio que llena de confianza a los mas pequenos y les ensenan valores de respeto, afecto y crea lazos muy fuertes entre hermanos. El equipo es profesional y atento, los recomendamos 100%.

I would like to thank all the staffs of Good Hands, especially the Director Mary and Manager Mahshid, for their support during the tough time for my child when i moved her from the previous childcare which she hated. The environment is very friendly and warm like a second home. And the teachers and children in this childcare are very happy and cheerful. Teachers and the director communicate with each parent in a timely and patient manner. And they were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my child in a short time so my daughter adapted to this new environment with their help in less than few days and helped us in toilet training in less than 1 month. Also, the distribution ratio between children and teachers is appropriate. Educators are permanent here therefore there are not casual educators around so the bond between educators and kids is amazing. I wish my daughter would have started her childcare from day 1 here.
