Prepare Early Education Centre St Ives

Overall the day-care was great and we were very pleased with the level of care our son received. Thank you to all the staff at Prepare.

I went there for a centre tour. It was a great LDC especially the outdoor area, amazing!

This center used to be amazing but the new management has run it into the ground. We removed our son and put him in another daycare because the care was negligent, we would arrive to pick our son up and the front door and gate would be wide open and with the center on the main road is an accident waiting to happen, let alone the risk of being snatched. we would pick our son up and he would be soaked in urine and with red marks on his body. Our son was getting repeatedly bitten by insects but had to fight to be able to have him sprayed with repellant and his bites treated with creams, with them refusing to treat the bites and always putting obstacles in the way as to why they couldn’t. When we addressed our concerns with the center director they would get defensive and make excuses rather than change anything, issues got escalated to director and same excuses and she lacked compassion and empathy and he only interest was protecting her business rather than the care of children that they were responsible for. Matter has been escalated to DOE. My advice avoid this centre as they are unwilling to change.

Both my boys throughly enjoy going to Prepare and the staff show genuine care for them both. The centre director takes the time to understand what is important for our family and ensure we are having a great experience. The facilities are great with lots of outdoor area for the kids to play!

My kids loved the centre from the day they opened. The staff are loving, the facilities are top class and everyone there became like family. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING!!! Jess and her team are genuinely special! Our daughters care was shared between 2 nurseries (we thought it would give her the chance to be more adaptive, different experiences, make more friends etc.) But it became apparent pretty quickly Prepare was special and provided so much more!!! We opted for Prepare only. We know her development is in great hands! their curriculum varied and we are very happy, (and for us its a far commute!!!) We also love the app with daily updates (so do the grandparents that live far away.) Thank you very much Prepare!!

Great atmosphere/ambiance, very friendly & caring staff. Highly recommended !
