Heritage House Childcare and Early Learning Centre - Wahroonga

My toddler has been going to toddler’s room for over a year. We first came here to look around for an option, not expecting to put our only child in a daycare with no review. However, Somi left a very good impression on us on the day. We can feel that she is genuine and really care for all the children. I feel at ease leaving my daughter under her care. Later we get to know all the other staff in toddler’s room and found that they are all absolutely loving and caring. My daughter also loves Anusha. She seems young but very responsible and we can feel the love she has for all the children under her care.

Honestly this place is great. You need to be aware that you are a cash cow and there is very little wiggle room or empathy from a finance/admin perspective. Make sure you understand the fine print. They have lock in periods, etc. I can't however give it a low rating however because that would be a disservice to the team that matters. My son was given exceptional care. The day to day teams across the board were above all expectations. Super friendly and caring. I was completely comfortable and happy he was there. He was also very happy to be there and loved it a lot. We will miss you guys.

We love Sami (Toddler room’s teacher), Pretty (Director) and Maryam (The Chef Who makes delicious spaghetti). Somi is so different from any other teacher I met, she truly loves kids and cares about them. I wish I could give her more than 5 star.

I was a bit hesitant to put my daughter in a brand new daycare that didn’t have any prior reviews. However after viewing the facility, which was absolutely beautiful and meeting with Casey and team, decided to take the plunge. My daughter has been going here for 4 weeks now and is already settled in. The facility is brand new and stunning. The educators are lovely and caring, the kids have a wide range of play zones, both indoor and outdoor. Not to mention the food is outstanding. It’s great to know that our little princess is getting such good care and is getting to try so many delicious meals. She is making friends and settling in so well, we are thrilled with our decision so far.

The facility is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are even more beautiful. My kids have been with Heritage House for many years, and recently moved to the new Wahroonga centre. Casey and her team are just wonderful. They are very kind and caring and my two children (2yo toddler room & 3yo press preschool room) are so settled and happy. The staff all go above and beyond to help wherever possible and all put such a genuine effort into keeping the children safe and happy. Casey is always present and engaged wether it be managing the facility, caring & playing with the children or preparing meals for the day. One of my children has a medical condition and I have been very impressed with how well these needs and precautions have been managed. My limited dealings with the area manager Danielle have been very positive and she has given me so much confidence in their commitment to care as a whole. I have no hesitation in recommending Heritage House Wahroonga as well as Heritage House in general. Bonus points - there is even a coffee machine for parents at drop off!

Amazing facility for the kids!

I absolutely love the decor of this school and the teachers are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's clear that they take their job of caring for my child very seriously. My little one also adores their teachers. I highly recommend this school!
