Great Beginnings Hornsby

My son has been at this centre since he was 6 months old and he absolutely loves it. The centre is amazing compared to others in the area. Its spacious with a big backyard for play and what I love is the fact that they have a separate area for babies and bigger kids. The management and educators are wonderful with the kids and also listen to feedback from parents. Thank you for supporting us daily and ensuring my child is happy and comfortable and has a safe space to play and grow. I really appreciate all the work the educators and management are currently doing. Keep up the amazing work.

No response again!!! Terrible management ever!! Pool communication and payment system. I sent email back on February. Only respond now and left much problems. Money hu gger childcare. If you want to go to this childcare, make sure you d7o check your bill ever week and back up everything you have. The director event mass up our last day in the childcare. very poor communication. Not recommend.

It's been the first time my little boy is attending a childcare, he has been at Great Beginnings Hornsby since June and I can say after the first weeks of getting settled to this new routine, getting used to the new environment, getting know the educators and all those new feelings and concerns we go through at the beginning of something new, I definitely can say he is very happy going to his "little school". The educators are really nice, kind and friendly. There's things that could be improved like everywhere but I'm sure they are doing they best and doing a good job around there. Communication is great and Misty (the centre managager) always answer your emails and explain everything you need with patient and attention. The educators always give us feedback about the little ones. The App works well and it's good have updates about what's going on during our little ones day.

New management is not very responsive and professional. She overcharged my account and still couldn't make her to refund. She barely replies email and call you back. Even I've spoke with customer service on their website and have got not any proper answer. Never recommend this childcare.

I highly appreciate the care for our daughter and the school readiness program is well advanced. Shruti loved her teachers and she still miss them everyday. I recommend them to everyone one in Hornsby area. Thank you Great beginning team for your help and care.

I can not thank the staff at Great Beginnings Hornsby for their love and care of my daughters. If we hadn’t relocated this year we would never have left. The staff are the most amazing and caring educators I have ever meet. Misty and her team went above and beyond for not only my family but all the families at Great Beginnings Hornsby. We miss them so much. Best centre in Sydney!!!

It’s strange that there is not one bad review about the Centre where my daughter went there for 2 months and in those two months, all the parents I spoke to had issues similar to mine but nobody is taking any action against it. The carer in the Centre are not passionate about the job and can leave them in unhygienic conditions for the whole day. No much value add to children’s developmental activities and all that the kids do the whole day is playing outdoor. Please do think twice before looking to enroll in this Centre. It’s bringing a bad reputation to the parent company.

Extremely impressed with Great Beginnings Hornsby. I have seen a tremendous improvement in both my girls learning and social skills. The teachers have gone above and beyond to create a smooth transition into childcare. Highly recommend to other parents
