My children have attended Explore & Develop Narraweena for the past 8 years and my youngest still attends there. I could not speak highly enough about the service and their wonderful team of educators. As a parent, it can be one of the trickiest decisions to decide where to send your child, and this centre definitely feels like a "home away from home" for my children. There is always such a warm and positive atmosphere when entering the service and they are never short of smiles. You can smell the amazing food being cooked by their chef as soon as you enter the building and my children have never loved my food as much as Miss Connie's! The owners, Sabrina and Amanda, are always welcoming and you can tell they are passionate about the industry. Their amazing outdoor space is one that is hard to compete with and provides so many opportunities for the children to get completely immersed in nature. I am so grateful to have the opportunity for my children to develop such positive attitudes to learning in an amazing centre that is so close to home!! I would highly recommend Explore & Develop Narraweena to anyone looking for a centre that exceeds all expectations of a childcare service.

Explore and Develop, Narraweena , Early Learning Centre is an outstanding service.

All staff at the Centre are most dedicated, passionate and nurturing towards all the children placed in their care. I’ve been a Parent of the Centre for 4 years.

The Centre is a wonderful balance between play-based care and regular goal setting to ensure milestones and the curriculum are met. It has a delightful and nurturing community as well as being super hands on with the children.   All educators embrace and foster the social and emotional aspect too with ongoing support for the children and parents.

In addition to this, fantastic leadership is demonstrated in regards to managing the centre with outstanding staff management and communication in place.  For every matter I’ve had to address, it has been handled with the utmost professionalism and diligence with outcomes set and exceptional communication and follow-up in place.

If you are looking for an Centre that ticks all the boxes,  I would sincerely contact the Directors and book a tour, well worth it. Sabrina and Amanda would be delighted to hear from you.

For the past 7 years, all 3 of our children have been through Explore and Develop Narraweena. Our youngest child just finished prior to starting school. Her last day there was a sad moment as we said goodbye to teachers that have taught many of our children over the years, whom our older children still fondly remember. We have always felt that our children were in good hands at this centre. Each room was noticeably non-chaotic each evening when tired children were being picked up. Amanda and Sabrina obviously pick their staff very well, and they are a continuous presence in the background so everything always runs like clockwork. We cannot recommend this centre highly enough.

An amazing place to send your kids Amanda and Sabrina do an amazing job and really make your children feel like they are the only ones there. Their knowledge dedication and commitment is truly second to none! Certainly recommend it.
