What an amazing childcare center!
Highly recommended for those who have babies, toddlers and kids living in Epping. A center director, Ms. Sharon is a great person and she loves kids and always does her best to make all kids happy.
Many thanks to Ms. Eva and Shammi for taking care of our son last year. My son loves the Center a lot. Wishing all staff a wonderful new year filled with health, happiness, health and prosperity.
Sincerely yours,
Father of Tom <3
My son has come to the Little steps in Epping for almost a year now. He has a very wonderful experience here. I don't know how to express my appreciation. The food in the little steps is much better compared to other CCs I have visited. There is another CC I just visited, their morning tea and afternoon tea is only either crake or sandwich, with only two kinds of fruits or vegetables provided. But little steps offers a variety of rich fruits and vegetables, milk and food.
And the employees of little steps are very patient and enthusiastic. They always support and guide my son to learn and develop his skills. They provide opportunities for him to engage independently with tasks and play. They display delight, encouragement and enthusiasm for his attempts. They support my son efforts, assisting and encouraging as appropriate. They motivate and encourage my son to face it positively when there’s a challenge.
Special thanks to Eva and Shammi and other educators in Acacia Room. Their educators provide high-quality and professional services to my son to ensure his safety and health. They provide a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages my son grow up as well.
My son becomes strong in his social, emotional and mental wellbeing. And my son now is cooperative, confidence, creativity, commitment, persistence, imagination and reflexivity in little steps from his educators. They worked perfectly. I really appreciate them.
We love little steps. The staff love the kids and work hard to know them well. It’s a fun multicultural centre. We have had two kids very happy here ❤️
Thank you to all Little Steps Staff at Epping! They really show they care for all kids and everyday my child tells me some great stories about what happens during the day. Thank you!
so wonderful!
The staff are so wonderful and caring. They communicate well, making sure we feel connected with our little one's struggles and achievements, and are so responsive to his needs. The celebration of diversity, cultures, and the environment is so beautiful to see. We could not be happier with our decision to send our child to Little Steps. Thank you!
We moved our child to Little Steps when they just opened, as we were very unhappy with the care she was getting from another center. I was a bit apprehensive to move her to a center that had just opened, but I was desperate. I am SO HAPPY we moved her, and so pleased it was too Little Steps.
We were immediately welcomed with open arms, friendly faces, and an inherent drive & caring nature to play, educate & look after the well-being of my child.
The staff at Little Steps are just wonderful, they are so supportive and positive. They do loads of crafts, painting, gardening, water play (in summer) experiments and so on. They captivated my daughter, which made it much easier for me to leave, knowing that she was happy.
I love that the center's staff turnover is small (I think that is a sign they are happy, which is so important) my daughter was able to form connections with teachers and she felt at ease when she was there.
The chef, Theresa is just a beautiful soul. She is unbelievably kind & caring. She makes food that I wish I could stay for, and caterers for all the kids dietary needs.
Kath (the center manager) is the type of person you instantly feel you have known forever. She is ridiculously organized, kind and extremely helpful. Always makes the time you need (in her very busy schedule) to talk about ANY questions we had, big or small.
I can’t talk about each individual teacher as this would be an essay, but they are ALL wonderful, kind, compassionate, energetic educators. They are NOT babysitters... They take their rolls very seriously and bring a magical, playful, calm, family feel to the center.
I can’t say enough about all the staff, all I say is keep up the fabulous work Little Steps Learning. You are a daycare force to be reckoned with on the North Shore.
I don’t often write reviews here on google but I consistently have had an outstanding experience at this centre that I felt compelled to write a review. The staff here are very friendly, caring and attentive. The centre is modern, well organised and incorporates large indoor and outdoor play areas. The rooms are spacious and there are many resources available for the children to avail themselves to. I can see that plenty of careful thought has been put into planning the centre and it’s activities. I highly recommend this centre to others.
