I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at Papilio Learning Centre in Epping.
I started my son in July 2020 with the Covid restriction and was very nervous as a first time mum dropping in her child who is very attached to his mum especially after being isolated at home for weeks.
The staff there are so attentive and helpful made me feel at ease as well as my son.
They take my calls during the day with a smile when I check up on him and at pick up time the staff always go through how my son was for the day which I really appreciate.
He is getting better and better at home in his playing, eating and speaking which is great to see.
I love the app they have which gives us updates during the day to see how they are and what they have been up to. They do great activities which keeps them busy and stimulating for their minds which is great to see.
Thank you again to all the staff for helping my son settle in so well,
especially Miss Chey, Miss Susan, Miss Shirley, and all the nursery staff !!

Being in the industry for 5 years this is by far the worst company i have ever worked for. I was an educator here for almost 3 years and was disgusted on how the children, families and staff were treated.
They lie and pretend to care but only care about money. Management don’t buy any resources for the children to learn, staff bring in their own resources. They lie about what they have to offer families just to get them in for their money.

Very poor management, they don’t care about the children or families.

Would never recommend this to anyone who cares about their children’s well-being.

I've been an educator at Papilio Epping for over 2 years. The first director was amazing and treated staff and families very well and was supportive and fair towards her staff members. Unfortunately she had left and was replaced with another director.

I was fortunate enough to have left that toxic environment after a new and current director came along. This director DOES NOT care about her staff or the children. All she cared about is how to make money for the company which is to lure in parents to sign the children up to which has now become a disgusting service. She has no people skills, her mind set is only business like and just to get as many kids as she can with little staff. Causing the rooms to be at their max and even over and going over the licensed number of children for the centre. Ratio was ALWAYS bad and staff never had the support they needed, staff were all over worked and even mistreated.

Since this director has come along there has been at least 5 or more staff that have left due to the toxic environment that she has created. There are still very few amazing educators there but I dont think they will last long either. Your staff are your backbone, mistreat them and your business goes down hill. Simple.

I have just enrolled my Son, we have been attending for a few weeks now and wow I cannot believe how well he has settle in. The staffs are lovely, the manager is lovely. We are so lucky to have this centre in our community. Thank you Papilio!
