Don't mention The long waiting list(long waiting list may just mean they have small room to accomodate kids)and there are traps everywhere on the fee and charges. Well you won't know until you got the position. Don't get over excited if you have been offered a position, Pls read extremely careful on the terms and condition before paying the bond, although it says REFUNDABLE. The centre is rather squashed for kids. Shop around before even put down the application fee/bond. Personally I won't leave my kids there, because they are too busy to explains to you, simply dump yo u with loads of documents, here you are, it's your responsibility now first time mum and dad to figure out how the childcare system works ! And you may also got time pressure to pay the bond (don't expect a refund). If they don't even care to spend time with parents to know what to do next, How could I expect my baby got their time for attention.

what can I say?
My children have been at Woodstock Olympic Park for 4 years since 2012.  Only recently my last child finished and I really must say the care, service and educators are second to none. The review below simply doesn't reflect the centre because once I commenced care with Woodstock they outlined the obvious, yet important fine details of commencing care. All the centres I looked at before enrolling at Woodstock required a bond, most bonds were non-refundable might I add!  Upon enrolment the centre manager notified me about terms and conditions such as 4 weeks notice when declining care and being with the centre for a minimum of 4 weeks in order to get your refundable bond back and a non refundable $50 admin fee to process my paperwork. The enrolment applications were extremely thorough and detailed which is so important to families and the centre to ensure they knew everything about my child before I enrolled them. Upon enrolment the Centre manager again explained with confidence that CCR and CCB is my job to activate as this is personal income information by the family and Centrelink. The centre was purposely built, brand new with over the ratio staff members who show nothing but love, compassion and care to not only my child but for the other children in the classroom. I saw this especially upon pick up and drop off time . The outdoors and indoor areas were so spacious and roomy  with a lovely fresh smell when I walked in. When the centre manager told me about the waitlist it really reassured my decision as I knew that this centre must be fantastic as they had a waitlist meaning all families on the list felt the same way as me !Thankyou Woodstock Olympic Park for your kindness over the years. My girls loved attending care everyday !
