1. Teacher's Behavior =
My daughter was going there and everyday she was crying, even come back from here. Teacher are treating our little one as a dictator. According to them they are teaching them manners but they are building fear into them. I was thinking she will be all right, but it was getting wrost and wrost Everytime. One day when I took her, she run away from the front gate. She was so depressed and hiding and crying to avoid go to school.
2 . Food = My daughter doesn't like any kind of food available there. We are not allowed to send our food with our little ones and school food was not interested for kids so my daughter was stay hungry till 2pm.

3. Learning activity= We can not know how  our children learning there, they don't share anything such like photos, video's or some other different sources where we can monitor.

4. Outdoor activities= if you will go there you can judge from it.

5. When I asked some other parents about how there children feeling there, it was same response from them. Some of the children going from one year and still crying when they drop their children there.

And Then I changed her school and you won't believe she is very happy and eagerly waiting for her day when she normally goes. She is eating well and has choice to get home made food. Outdoor activities are awesome, such planting, pouring water and play outside with a wide range of toys.
New school post photos on their website everyday, EVERYDAY, so I can know how she is learning there.

Good center/staff,  could see my child picking up words and trying to communicate by forming sentence. Most things were positive, minor area of improvement would be fixing infra issues especially air-conditioner as they sent the kids back because of the recent smoke, my rating is 4 because of Aircon issue.

I have been involved with this Centre for many  years now and have had four of my children attend, so far and so will my fifth! This preschool is hands down the best Centre in the West!! I'm offended to read otherwise, as anything else other than, professional, dedicated, experienced, educating and caring, is simply untrue! The staff are exceptional with the children. They contribute in such a huge way, in preparing the children for transitioning to Primary School and in so many other ways. Etiquette, general behaviour and manors are also widely taught and I have seen nothing but that, displayed there by the staff and the children. The children are always coming home with arts and craft, have several different types of activities to chose from each day, have a great outdoor play area to use, have healthy meals provided to them and accommodation for important rest time!  I have nothing but praise for the ladies/staff at this Centre. They are always inviting and polite and treat you with nothing but respect and kindness. I wouldn't DREAM of sending my children anywhere else! Keep up the phenomenal job ladies, as you really give so much to the children, in so many ways! 100%. 👍🏼👍🏼😃

One of the best preschools around! The staff are lovely, being apart of the family gives me so much happiness. The children and parents are wonderful! I love being apart of all the fun and games.
The children are so well behaved and are always having a great time, smiling and laughing.
I can't wait to have my own and send them here!!!

Worse childcare with no respect to parents and have worse manner with child. My child always cry and saying My teacher always screaming. 👎👎👎

Orientation

Our centre provides an orientation program for all new children and families to reassure and familiarise them to staff, routines, activities, procedures and to exchange information.
​
The orientation period is not time limited, as all children are different. Parents must remain with their children during the orientation period however they may leave the room for short periods to have a cup of coffee in the office or read further policies etc.
​
The orientation period is completely free of charge. Once normal attendance has commenced, parents are welcome to spend time at the centre to join in activities with their child or phone us during the day to check on your child’s progress.
​
In the lead up to your child’s first day, help to prepare them by talking about the centre, activities and new friends they will make. Where possible, allow them to help pack their bag and select a special security blanket or toy and show them where you will keep this. If you have any questions at any time, our staff will happily assist in order to make the transition a positive experience.
