First Academy Child Care Centre

We're absolutely delighted with First Academy Childcare and Preschool! Both my 4-year-old son and 6-month-old baby thrive in this wonderful centre. The staff are truly amazing - kind, caring, and incredibly receptive to each child's unique needs. The warm and nurturing environment has helped my 4-year-old blossom into a confident and curious learner, while my baby receives the gentle care and attention they need to feel secure and happy. We're impressed by the engaging activities, play-based learning, and regular updates from the teachers. First Academy Preschool has become like a second family to us, and we can't recommend it enough!

My son attended the daycare for full 4 years and l can proudly say the educators and director did everything to support him with best of their ability and made him ready for BIG school. Mr Ray was always available to help and solve the parents concern along with the best educators like Miss Preeti, Miss Jyoti, Miss Kate and Mr. Chris. They help my son build the strong foundation for his new journey and i can't be more thankful for everything they have done!

Its a wonderful place for little ones. I am at my immense peace that my daughter is in safe hands. Ms.Preeti, Ms Shilpa, Ms Natalie, Mr.Chris they all are so good and understanding. Mr. Ray is very helpful with the queries. I love when my daughter asks "When am I going to my preschool next ?" It shows that she is happy there. Which is almost every parent's biggest concern while picking up the good childcare. I can also observe she is learning many things from them. We are happy with this place. S's Mum 😊

First Academy child care centre is an absolute gold star centre. If you only want the best for your bubba’s, this is the place to send them. The teachers here are second to none in the love, care and attention they provide to my son Ayush and other kids there.Mr Ray, Mr Chris, Miss Preeti,Miss Natalia and Miss Eman and all other teachers They each go above and beyond their job duties which is something extremely special that is very rare to find in any workplace. I have seen many other nursery’s and childcare centres and you simply cannot compare them to First Academy, it’s a dream and we are so lucky to have found a childcare centre like this From a cry boy they have transformed our son Ayush to a smart and confident boy and was well prepared to start kindergarten We will never forget First academy and the teachers there . Both of my kids have attended this facility and honestly i couldn't appreciate more of the staff and centre for taking care of my kids and teaching them plenty of stuff and making them ready for school along with a smooth transition to school. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality Childcare and preschool facility in western suburbs.

Our daughter went to First Academy for almost 4 years. She loved the centre and adored the educators. Our daughter loved the activities and it was great to see her growing with what she was learning. There were so many different activities and initiatives that fostered a multicultural environment. Great place for a young child to grow and make friends

Provides very good child care services. One of the best in the area. Our child went here for two years and made very good progress. Good educators and very good center coordinater

I was looking for a child care in and around girraween and went on searching childcare centres which would suit my preferences. I did visit few centres before visiting First academy, but wasn't satisfied with any. Children crying a lot, Instructor not giving enough attention to kids, afternoon tea being given directly to kids hands without a plate were my reasons to reject other centres. But when I came here, my child felt very comfortable. Stared playing, joined the class and enjoyed which made me decide to go for it. Children were chatty - means they are interacted by educators. Afternoon tea was well served on a table in plates which made me feel children are being cared. I honestly feel very happy that I decided to get my child enrolled here. I am overall satisfied with everything the centre offers. The educators in the kangaroo room -Ms.Preeti and Ms. Natalie are just awesome who helped my child settle very nicely without any hiccups ( its our first time childcare experience).But even other staff members like Ms. Kate, Ms. Lauren, Ms. Eman, Ms. Shilpa are very caring.I have missed naming other staff who are very Kind ,caring and helpful as I don't know their names.Ms. Melissa cooks yummy food for these little tummies.I feel my child is well cared for while being away from me. Mr. Ray is very reliable, put children first always. He is very helpful in getting days adjusted to our needs(increase or decrease) and is very approachable.Educators and staff always welcomes parents And children With a smile. My sincere thanks to Mr. Ray and team for the excellent Work that they are doing-caring for little people.
