Hilltop Childcare Centre - 47 Dorothy Street

My child is attending Hilltop Childcare Centre in Wentworthville NSW from last 4 years. Upon deciding to withdraw my child from the childcare, I expected a smooth and transparent refund process for the bond money. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There is no reply for numerous follow-up emails and phone calls yielding minimal information. They have no attention of returning this bond money. The failure to promptly return the refundable bond has left a lasting negative impression. It is my hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this childcare centre and prompts them to inquire about the refund process before making a commitment.

My daughter is currently attending this daycare, I cannot speak more highly of the staff that work here, my child receives amazing care and I thank all the girls for this. Unfortunately, who ever is in charge of their billing, it is absolutely beyond a joke, they regularly double charge your card 'accidentally' for one week, this has not just happened to one person or on one occasion, it is a regular occurrence, despite having multiple conversations, it continues to happen to us all. They just cannot seem to stay on top of accurately billing multiple parents.
