Excellent hospital.
The facility is great, but so is the care provided.
The nurses, doctors, specialists, cleaning staff - everyone is kind and professional.
Last time I was there, I was in the waiting room for a while and the security guard could see that I was having a hard time. Well, he went out of his way to bring me a hot cup of tea and make sure that I was comfortable.
Truly, everyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting here has been delightful.

Always bring your child if you feel there is something wrong yes it can take a long time to see a doctor but you have to remember there are other families in the same situation and that's to see a doctor an a second opinion. Overall it all depends on luck sometimes it's busy other times it's not.

The doctors and specialists are great world class professionals! Hence the 3 stars!

My experiences with the nurses however was very bitter. Some are very aggressive towards the parents! They do not handle inquiries with reason and are quick to shut down any requests by parents. It's almost perceived that the parents don't know anything. They seem to have a God complex going on by working in a hospital. The worst thing is that some nurses are quick to enforce their authority towards the parents, but once they receive a negative reaction caused by their negative tone and language, they are quick to complain that the parents are nasty.

But honestly, the team of doctors and specialists are great! My hat off to you all! I only wish you guys had more time to See the patients

what a joke. Brought our newborn child for an appointment, Only to be told one parent can enter the hospital with our child at a time. I understand the circumstances but why is it that napean hospital (where our child was born) allows both parents in the an appointment at the same time yet at the children's hospital they won't even let both parents into the hospital at all. Even so we could team tag in to the appointment Incase my wife and I have different questions. Where is the consistency between hospitals. NOT HAPPY.

Very good  services they definitely are for more than 5 stars because they treat  everyone  with respect  so glad  to see  and experience
