Absolutely adore this centre. My daughter started in 2014 at 6 months of age, now as a 5yo starting ‘big school’ in 2019, I could not be prouder. She loves every single staff member and has formed beautiful forever friendships. Each staff member is devoted to their role as an educator and their passion is clear to see. I feel that as parents we have worked with staff as a team to raise a bright and confident girl ready to take on kindergarten. We are lucky enough to have a number of kids going to the same primary school to continue on with the friendships she has made.

I regularly ask the educators for their opinions and advice on how to tackle any issues or concerns with my child. Even if it’s something minor. I work with them to ensure my daughter hears a consistent message and support.

My second child will be starting in January as a 9 month old and I have full confidence that with the support of the staff I will have another bright and confident girl on my hands.

If you do send your child to this centre or any preschool for that matter, take the time to get to know the teachers. Appreciate what they do when we as parents cannot be with our children. They are human and unfortunately work in an industry that is poorly paid regardless of the location. Strike up a conversation and get to know them and they will share plenty of lovely stories about your child.

I have 2 children who attend this centre and have for many years since they were 6 months and 1 year old, couldn’t be more confident leaving my children in the most capable hands. The staff build great rapport and trust with each child and it’s such peace of mind knowing the staff have the children’s best interests at heart.
All staff are so friendly and welcoming and are great educators, both children have learnt so much and I am forever grateful to everyone of the educators for their time and effort in reaching my children’s milestones and beginning the children’s education.

I would like to share a review about one of the teachers at Balmoral Street Preschool.  I have the highest regard for teachers caring for children as this a very challenging area to work in.  I have known this teacher for 2 years and watched her closely interact with parents and children and cant speak high enough of her.  I would highly recommend this preschool for care of my child.

We have only been enrolled since July but have already experienced the best service by all staff so far.  They are so switched on and the facilities are just amazing. My 4 year old loves it.
