I highly recommend NOT putting your children in this center.

Still no phone call from the daycare or email to make sure my son is okay!
My son was at Atlas for around 4 months (he is currently 8.5 months)
Since starting my son was left in an exerciser (just over 5 months old ) and was left with a known bitter who bit my son. We also had an educator open a door and hit him in the head, I was not contacted instead the center waited for me to arrive and tell me and then I had to ask them twice for the incident report to be written, last week my son was on an educators lap and supposedly fell off fell head first to the floor, how this happened is beyond me but is the reason I was given. My son has also been sent home in soaked clothes (even though I provide plenty of spare clothes) in the middle of winter whilst battling a 2 month + sickness that has found him off school and in and out of hospital for. Medicines that I was told could be given to my son (vicks baby balm) was not provided to him. My son has come home with his vest incorrectly done up and as a result rubbed on his legs leaving red marks, even after I addressed it with the director it still happened, I would show up in the afternoon and while team members would be pottering around cleaning my son would be left screaming crying in a crib.

This is just a few of the issues we have faced here, not one person from the center has contacted me to see if my son is okay since the incident where he landed on his head when he was supposed to be on an educators lap.

This whole ordeal has been heartbreaking. I have relocated my son to a better center.

My son attends in the Toucan room. Can’t express enough how wonderful his teachers are. They are really assisting him to become ready for school next year.

Clean accommodating and caring. My children were well looked after. We have moved since however this was easily the best childcare centre we have been to. The facilities are fantastic.

My Kid has been with this day care for 3 years. After the previous director left the management was in chaos,  overcharging has become normal and they refused to refund. The altitude was terrible and unreasonably strong, not willing to listen to you. I will go legal action again this child care.
