Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centre Castle Hill

Attended a tour of the Castle Hill Facility today - Blown away. Found all educators to be engaged in their roles and attentive to the children. The setting was lovely and clean and well presented. I look forward to having my daughter enrolled to such a happy and caring environment.

From the moment I called the centre in a panic to when we walked in the door we knew this was our centre. We have just relocated from Melbourne and had our 12 month in Sydney for 10 days with my mum before we travelled up to meet her. She was put on a waiting list for a Castlehill centre (Different company) which was meant to be opened by the time we relocated but wasn’t, we had toured a sister site previously and loved it but unfortunately the nursery there was full so we then sent her to the Cherrybrook sister site two days a week to give my mum respite and did this without hesitation having toured the sister site. My mum had advised some previous issues of the Cherrybook site however we brushed them off. Hubby and I took her in last Thursday one we arrived in Sydney and as soon as we walked in the door we hated it. We dropped her off and quickly got on the phone to Cherry Bridge Station who graciously agreed to an urgent tour. We toured the centre that afternoon and we are so greatful and so happy. The environment and staff are amazing, the indoor outdoor play is amazing. The inclusions, the safety being off the road and even Chef came and said hi. We felt so welcomed and can’t wait for our little one to start in two weeks with another joining her next year. Thank you Cherry Bridge Station Castlehill team and Chris in Enrolments

Amazing place for my kid, very caring team , considerate and wonderful environment. highly recommend, and after years of attending to this facility I am so pleased that my child is safe , happy and made a lot of friends there, thank you very much for all staff members and especially Miss Suncy.

I attended to center today at 4.00 pm, for long minutes been await to someone take care after us, we had center tour booking. After while one instructor said we didn't know you had booking and I'm not the person who usually parents to deal with, The lady for this matter went home earlier and didn't passed any information,can you go and come back for visit again tomorrow??? What a absolutely joke, I drove half hour my kid to center and disappointed this way, with no empathy or apology wasted my time day off to work. No communication skills,no friendly welcoming, no responsible, reliable. I will not recommend this center to anyone. Thank God been disappointed from first day till waste our time later on. Thanks

They don’t care if kids use others hat and water bottles. Teachers shouting at kids once I saw Mrs Gy yelled at a child “ zip your mouth an seat down” My daughter was starving when she received home after preschool she told me “I don’t like their food smell and taste” They read books for kids like robots not professional teachers. About their fees they are not clear and after 2 months notice they don’t return our bond yet.
