Genius Childcare - Castle Hill - Walsh Avenue

I pulled off my kids out of here last year when I was being asked if they should write up an incident reports when my kids had accidents!!! Shocking. I sent them both to Just For Kids castle hill! There absolutely amazing there! So for any parents of looking for work for a great company I definitely recommend JFK 😊😊😊

Writing on his behalf. My dad worked at Genius Childcare Castle Hill as a cook for 17 months, and his experience with their payment and management practices has been absolutely unacceptable. Unpaid Wages: His salary was delayed for over five weeks, causing serious financial hardship. We had bills to pay and rent due, and this delay put me at risk of losing my home. Unpaid Superannuation: His payslips show that super was deducted, but when He checked his account, no payments were actually made. This is highly unethical. Redundancy & Leave Pay: He accrued 185 hours of annual leave, which still hasn't been paid as of now since they have shut down. Despite bringing these concerns to management, nothing was done. Now that the centre has closed, Him and other employees are left chasing thousands of dollars in unpaid wages. This is completely unprofessional, and we will be escalating this to the Fair Work Ombudsman and other legal channels. If you're considering working here, think twice—and if you're a parent, ask yourself if you want your child in a centre that treats its staff like this.

Failing to pay staff amongst other degenerate and dodgy aspects - the business is a joke as is the owner with his constant excuses for failure to pay rent and wages. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with any Genius Childcare establishment until the business has gotten someone with a brain behind it.

Still waiting to get paid for an emergency Gyprock and painting of the foyer ceiling that needed fixing so they could continue to operate. The manager was very communicative during the organising stage. Failed to pay a deposit, even though she said she would, now completely ignoring all emails texts and phone calls Still waiting to be paid. I have paid for the materials and my workers out of my own pocket. I pulled out all the stops to get it fixed so they could re open. Disgraceful!

Excellent centre, excellent staff!

My child enjoys the center a lot, and she's fond of all her teachers at Genius. Miss Eva, Miss Saima, and Miss Japa are kind and responsible. They consistently offer meaningful programs not only for my child but for all the children, as I can see from the digital platform. I'll also emphasize the wonderful natural environment and my child's friendships with all the children in the prep room. These aspects truly reflect the exceptional teaching and guidance provided by all the educators. Thank you.

Clara and Linda are both amazing! Super helpful, informative and warm. Such a positive vibe in the centre! The whole team at Genius are so warm, friendly and helpful as well. We definitely feel confident that the team will look after our bubba well. Thanks Genius!
