Months and my daughter is happy, healthy and learning. The educators are amazing, and always happy and smiling even at 7am and after a long long day. We have seen her grow in confidence and ability and are so happy with her care

We love North Kellyville Preschool!
Our son has been enrolled here since he was 8 months old and has grown, developed and achieved so much. He is now nearly 2 years old and loves going each morning, he loves all of his teachers and is happy to walk in on his own and happily waves goodbye to me in the morning.
The management team has been nothing but supportive and is happy anytime that I have seen them and greets us each time with warm smiles.
I would highly recommend North Kellyville Preschool to any new families that are looking for the best care and learning for their child/ren.

Do not send your child(ren) here. This place does not have children's best interest at heart, what's more important is how much $$ can be pocketed. If there was a negative star I would be rating that. Please do not put your children into this preschool. There are many more in the area with a better reputation than this one, where your children will thrive and be loved. Horrible experience!

What is relevant is that my family and I were not treated appropriately by this place and that there are many more negative reviews below in which you have not responded to. Absolutely pathetic centre... honestly, to all parents... think 1000 times before you put your kids into this centre.

Owner & Management has no vision, strategy. And most importantly NO CARE... if you’re running childcare and if you’re careless then you seriously need to think to shut down your business as you have no rights to plans with futures of young kids and there parents.

They do not know how they are charging money and owner herself get confused explaining there own statements..

Feels like giving $2 to staff and owner to smile to there customers and lovely kids....

With personal experience... my daughter complained to me few times that they are shouting at her and she hates going to the childcare... she in fact got sick due to the fear.

The owner is insensitive and rude. She is not in this for the family side of things, purely for business and she is running her business into the ground. Our son broke his leg over the Christmas break and whilst we had a doctor's certificate and a letter from the occupational therapist saying he could attend while in a cast they refused. We understood this was their place to refuse however when we wanted to meet with them to discuss fees for the period they refused to even meet with us. They later suspended us as we were disputing the payment of that period even though the rest of our accounts were completely up to date. I also received a call from the owner telling us to pay our account and after I told her that we are disputing it with fair Trading because she just flat out refused to have a civil meeting to discuss she started shouting at me on the phone (while I was at work too).

Since leaving we have connected with many parents who have also removed their kids from the daycare. We noticed after sending our son to a different daycare that he was actually behind in his school readiness. We also noticed that the day consisted mostly of play and not much else.

I must stress that the teachers in the rooms were always really lovely and wonderful to our son.  Its the management that was terrible.
