It was a no brainer for me in choosing Young Academics in Rouse Hill, great facility, passionate and experienced staff from day 1 and i get so much information about my child's day I feel like I'm there with them the whole time! So many great family events and celebrations throughout the year that we always enjoy going to. It really is such a special family to be a part of.

My children was enrolled at Young Academics Rouse Hill since 2017-2020 February. We used to love this Centre but a lot change since then. I didn’t really want to move them because the friends they already had since 2017 but we’re just not happy anymore. Staff were changing all the time, leaving because of “personal reasons “ but how can your child settle or get familiarise with an Educator if they keep changing the staff. The rooms are too small for children, the only bigger room they have is the pre-school one. Love the outdoor area but pre-school one is a bit small and bit boring. Some of the educators were warm and friendly. On pick ups (not all the time) the children are watching from iPad but it’s not even educational. I always talked to the Director if I have issues or concerns but I think that is my last straw seeing my kids watching from the tablet at the end of the day and its not even close on closing time. I also don’t like when they invite outsider programs like “happy feet”, how about the family who cannot afford it and children wants to join in but cannot. Upon leaving, I emailed the enrolments team about the bond but instead they asked me if I have a copy or proof that I payed the bond, In the first place, my children wouldn’t be accepted if I didn’t payed the bond, the moment I sent the proof and email saying they should have record (it seems like they have lost it) they emailed straight away and didn’t even apologise for it. My children didn’t even had a goodbye letter from young academics when they left, when we are enrolled at Headstart and left, they gave us a goodbye letter and USB containing all the photos of my daughter. There’s still lot things that needs to be improved by young academics rouse hill.

My daughter has been attending YA Rouse Hill for about 6mths now and since going to YA she has come on leaps and bounds, almost reading at 2.5yrs old! They are very focused on her development and have set goals for her to achieve.
Daily updates are fantastic, I always know what they are up to.
Staff are fantastic and very invested in helping my daughter be the best she can be. They are all so friendly and all know my daughter by name.
Best decision I have made sending her to YA.

Incredible centre ! Would never send my child anywhere else . All staff are so welcoming and supporting and their daily information is so helpful and informative especially for busy families !

There Rouse Hill facility shares a building with a large medical centre, making it extremely convenient for families. Their safe and secure rooftop location combines both indoor and outdoor areas that are bursting with colour, fun and activities designed to build cognitive and motor skills in children aged between 6 weeks and 6 years.
