I am teacher qualified and have been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for 15 years.

In my extensive years of experience, I have been fortunate enough to work with children of all ages and have formed the belief that early education opportunities set children up to be successful, lifelong learners, whilst developing the necessary skills to support their wellbeing.

I believe all children are unique in their own way, and hence, it becomes crucial to ensure that we, as educators and carers, provide an inclusive program to support all children individually.

When I lead, I aim to inspire, empower and motivate my team and those around me, as we work in partnership with our families and communities to ensure the best possible outcomes for families and their children.
