Thrive Merrylands is a natural home for kids. The educators are super committed to children development. Support is individualized, and tailored to meet the specific needs of every child at the center. Many thanks to Jodie and the team for helping my son navigate these crucial years of his life. Jodie you are compassionate, highly skilled ,a loving star and a blessing to the kids at Thrive Merrylands. Thank you and the team for every second you've invested in my son's development. My son has speech delay and difficulties expressing his wants, mostly leading to behaviors of concern. My wife and I tried different childcare centers but lots of them could not accommodate his energy and challenging behaviors. We finally found a home for my son at Thrive Merrylands. The staff are not just workers , but real educators, they're thorough, they're family and very friendly and accommodate children of all backgrounds. They are person centered and focus on each child's specific needs to help them develop into future leaders , parents aspire for them to become. Rachel the manager is amazing, is intelligent, is straight forward, thorough, professional and listens to parents and carers as though she's listening to her own family. The staff are all incredibly supportive and love their jobs. My son has made drastical improvements ever since he joined the thrive Merrylands family, and my family is so grateful we found this amazing new family for him.
