Kids Discovery Prestons ELC

Honestly, I cannot recommend this centre enough. After moving my son here and leaving the Early Childhood sector myself, I have never been so happy with a service and how they care for children. All of the educators are amazing, informative and caring towards my 2 year old and continue to support and scaffold his learning while providing an incredibly nurturing atmosphere. My son constantly talks about all of the children and is excited to go to school in the mornings. Thank you to all of the amazing educators at Kidsxl @ Preston’s for the continued love, support and educational programs!

Iam so happy with this center, my daughter has been going to this center for a few years now and iam so happy with her progress and how she transitioned in a few years and how she enjoys her time . My daughter has been a very fussy eater and since she started going here, i have seen her eating habits change and now she is trying new food and telling me to make all the foods she eats at the center. Iam very happy with all the Educator who have helped her along the way , and how they treat you with respect and friendly approach. I would recommend this center to all my friends and family. 😀😀😀👍👍👍

A small, well run service that l can't recommend highly enough. Have visited many in the area and surrounds looking for the right fit for my 6 month old. Being my first child l was very choosy. I didn't want a large service as lm still concerned about Covid. I wanted a service that felt like home. A clean and inviting feel. I certainly found this at KidsxlatPrestons. From the moment l stepped through the front door with my child l was made to feel welcome just like a family member. The place is well designed with numerous rooms all boasting a vast array of educational material, lovely decor and a homely environment. The staff are all mothers themselves which made me feel at ease immediately. My son was even happy to be held by members of the staff whilst l looked around which certainly wasn't the case elsewhere we went. The entire centre was spotless and had a lovely freshness about it. I immediately enrolled my son and the whole process was stress free. He started 2 months ago and l know l made the right choice. Lots of fantastic communication from the staff both written and verbal. I even get videos of his daily activities, meals and milestones he is achieving. He comes home clean and happy. Better still he is happy to release from me every morning. As a mother that's the most important factor when you need to use Daycare. I'm so happy that we found this small family run centre. All the staff make you feel like family. Thankyou ladies. If l could give you 10 stars l would.

The highest praise for the educators at this small family owned business. I was recommended this centre whilst looking for somewhere close to Prestons Public School where my other 2 children now attend. Conveniently located next door to the school and providing Before and After School Care as well as a fantastic school readiness program. My son has attended now for 3 years. He is now about to also start school and l have every confidence that the learning he has received in every aspect of his development will mean the transition to big school will be of immense benefit to him. Thankyou sincerely KidsxlatPrestons for doing such a remarkable job educating, caring and loving my son. You are all forever family.

The best childcare and the best educators my kids love them they are so caring and kind also they are educable my children learn new words everyday i thought they will have problem learning but they are and i love the activities they do when they send photos and videos and i can see in their eyes how they are enjoying every bit of it, my children wouldn’t say good bye mommy because they run inside quickly before missing out on activities or morning tea , i have had recommended to all my friends and i wont stop recommending KidsXl A very big thanks to jan and all the educators for taking care of my children i feel they got a second family who take care of them like their own not only for my children but for the children in care it is a truly amazing child care Best of luck ❤️💜

Me and my husband love sending my kids to kids xl best childcare ever. My daughter loves going there and my baby will be joining soon. the staff are so welcoming and its always a pleasure for them to see the child. my daughter loves being at the childcare more than being home.i highly recommend it.

I had very bad experience with them I put my daughter only one month 3hours a day ,they not honest and not take good caring to my baby when she did poop they did not clean her well and her cloths are dirty too I threw it in the ribsh it happened more than tow times ,,and the most importantly my doughter behaiver changed to bad she become scared angry if I don't take her need like give her the toy she well bite her finger or pull her hair she wasn't like that ever! I still suffer to erase her memory I even lied by saying I moved houses but in reality I said this to make my daughter leave as soon as possible From this bad place to her!!

Since I put my baby with them I started feel my baby scare all the time and her personality is changing to the worst.and not happy at all.. Because of their lack of professionalism i have to leave my studies as i have no care for my daughter now. For months, since i started with them in june, everytime i ask them how my daughter is doing during pick up they have always told me that my daughter is very happy and not crying at all every time i ask during drop off and pick up. They have never told me that my daughter is unsettled or crying. If what they are saying is true and she is unsettled why do did they always say the opposite to me.. I would have not left my daughter at the centre if i knew she was always unsettled. Suddenly about a month ago i realised my daughter has changed and started to cry as soon as we walk in the centre or when i pick her up, i asked them if she was crying and they continued to lie and say she is settled and now suddenly they call me and say we have terminated your daughter and her last day is Friday without any 2 weeks notice! So unprofessional!
