Organic Seedlings Education

Can't recommend it highly enough. Have had a great experience. I was worried about my daughters transition to preschool, however management and educators have gone above and beyond to settle her in, very caring. My daughter cant wait go each week.

Had bad experience with the management of this facility - directors are on the floor so I guess no one is there to manage them. The day I emailed them informing we want to remove our kid and provided 4 weeks notification, same afternoon I got a call saying your kid is crying a lot and you should take her back for the day - when I went to pick my kid, I was told may be your kid doesn't understand English - I felt pretty bad, she is born here and for god sake she is just 3 and u expect her to understand full english and just because we speak another language at home to say my kid doesn't understand English is just not done - our kid has been to child care previously so its not new thing to her and btw teachers there also spoke English as this is Australia. They also said because you kid will be going to different child care and is crying here a lot may be think if you wanna bring her for next four weeks (4 weeks notice was required as policy) - And we said we will think about it and just seeing there attitude we didn't feel like sending her back - but they never called to check if we were bring our kid back but they happily charged all 4 weeks that my kid didn't attend -  - at last day I rang to pick up our kids stuffs and the director had it near the door they didn't greet and just handed me my kid's items. VERY POOR SERVICE and would not recommend it to anyone......……………………..

Very well organised, educators that care and collaborate with children as well as parents.
Our 2 kids love Organic Seedlings and always look forward to the days that they attend
