"I am so happy with my son attending First Grammar Bonnyrigg Heights Childcare. The manager and educators are incredibly friendly and always greet me with a warm smile. My son comes home every day so happy and often wishes he could stay longer! The educators always keep me updated on how his day has gone, and the manager is fantastic about communicating any updates, events, or information I need, including fees. I feel very welcomed and confident that my child is in great hands. Highly recommend this centre to any parent!"

Manager is not friendly. she never smile! Even another lady who always talk to the manager is not friendly either. When i drop off my kid they cried and no one want to help me to calm the kid so i can go. And when the kid home they are very hungy like they never have anything!!! When kid home too much sand on their body and also sometime the kid shirt is wet but no change for them so they have to stay with that wet shirt for whole day! And also they dont do toilet train for kid regular as other place. And if we missed the payment then they will charge for dishonour fee!!! This childcare just after money the service like 3 out of 10 !!!!

I can’t even begin to explain how much first grammar Bonnyrigg heights has helped shape and transform my children to thrive so well socially and academically since being there, they have found such independence and strength in so many ways, the teachers have been extremely welcoming from day 1 and have never failed to ensure my children are well taken care off, my son started there at age 2 and his now in year 4! My daughter was also there and has now started kindergarten with such confidence, my youngest daughter is still currently there and is growing so much as a person and loves her school and teachers very much and they have treated my children like there own, I couldn’t recommend first grammar Bonnyrigg heights enough that your child with grow and thrive so much because of the amazing educators that are there and have helped me raise and turn my children into the kids they are now, caring, compassionate, loving, independent, socially accepting, confident and so much more! I could go on more and more about this childcare centre! They will not disappoint, communication is great here and always ensuring the health and safety of your child, all my children have thrived and will continue to thrive because of how fantastic this place is!

Absolutely amazing Staff , 10/10 the care , love and curriculum implemented everyday is beyond amazing. such a wonderful, positive place for my children. The staff always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and the rooms and grounds are so clean. So happy with management specifically Jacinta she’s always there to help.

I cannot speak highly enough about this childcare center! I’m was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly caring, attentive, and skilled at what they do. My daughter absolutely loves coming here every day, The communication with me is absolutely excellent, with regular updates and feedback on my daughter’s progress. I highly recommend this childcare center to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their little ones. Five stars all the way! Keep up the good work team
