My son has begun at First Steps at the beginning of this year after i decided to pull him from his previous centre as i was not happy. After finding First Steps and me having my hesitations about putting him back in day care i can not say enough how happy i am. I am overjoyed at the quality of care and how quickly he settled. The management team and Educators are always so professional but always make you feel like part of a small family. The work that is put in by the staff truly shows through the level of education that is provided to the children and the amount of fun my son has. It is wonderful to see him when i pick him up from the centre with the biggest smile on his face. I cannot recommend First Steps enough. Truly a centre that goes above and beyond for its families.

I feel so lucky find this center for my son.It's the perfect early learning center for children. The manager is friendly and smiley all the time.She's readily available to speak with parents and give some good advice for children's development.The staff are all warm ,caring and have a highly experienced. my son like the center very much.I would recommend this center for all my friends.

When my husband and I were looking for a long term daycentre with a strong preschool program for our youngest two, we knew First Steps Early Education was the perfect fit for us when we walked in. We had hit the jackpot with caring and experienced educators, a clean environment for the children to learn in and an amazing outdoor area! We have given our children the best start in life by sending them to First Steps Early Education before Kindergarten.
Words can't explain how grateful we are that our children were well loved and cared for by all their educators, in particular Ellen and Natasha. THANK YOU just simply isn't enough!!!

We are so happy to have had our son enrolled in First Steps the last 2 years. Our son was well-cared for by loving and experienced educators. First Steps is an exceptionally organised, safe and clean environment for our son to develop, learn and play. The pre-school program provided at the Centre ensured our son is more than ready for kindergarten. Thanks to the owners, director and educators for providing such a perfect place for our son.

Cannot recommend this centre enough! We enrolled our son at 1 year old when the centre first opened (after searching for months, for one we felt comfortable with) and had such a positive experience we decided to start our daughter at 10 months.
We are so thankful for the love and care that each and every staff member at the centre have shown our children and now that we are moving interstate they will all be dearly missed.
Our children are always been shown the attention and encouragement that they need to flourish and they have excelled more than I could have ever imagined.
