First Steps Early Education

I was a casual educator for nearly a year, and I would say that it was such a nice experience, paired with First Steps with experienced educators who supported me to gain my knowledge and experience in Early Childhood.Therefore, I appreciated the time I worked with supportive staff and Ellen. Honestly, I was impressed by the welcoming and inclusive environment there, especially the outdoor area with chickens

Cannot recommend First steps enough, we absolutely love this centre and the amazing educators here! My daughter was enrolled since 1 yrs and she's now off to school having learnt so much over her years of attendance here. Thank you so much to everyone here, we are truly grateful for you

We love First Step at Cooloongatta Rd so much! We had our child here since she was 1 years old and the educators are very caring and warm at the service. The environment are always set up in a way to promote quality learning ; very transparent communication and no need to look further for a quality service!

Love this centre and love these ladies who have looked after our children since they were babies. We are truly spoilt by them and we are forever grateful to them for looking after our children. They are always accommodating and offering fantastic support. Thank you for looking after them like they are your family.

We have had such a wonderful experience at this centre. The educators are so lovely and nurturing. We can not thank them enough for everything that have done for my 2 boys. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with First Steps my daughter loves it there and I have seen her learn and thrive so much. The staff are amazing with our kids they are also accommodating which is fantastic and always communicate and are transparent about everything. I am so glad I chose First Steps it’s honestly the best and I feel so safe leaving my daughter there.

This daycare is fabulous, the staff are very accommodating and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They have tailored to my needs when I have requested for casual days. They are super friendly and warmly welcoming for my little 6month old. They have great carer to kid ratio and a full program of stimulating learning activities for young ones of all ages. I cannot recommend them highly enough

The best decision we made was to enrol our first born son to this centre! That was more then 4 years ago. Now my second son attending centre and he cant be happier. The staff is loving, caring and so well experienced. There is no words to describe enough THANK YOU to all staff members for looking after my babies as they are their own. If you looking for a place where your baby will feel safe and very well look after this is the number ONE choice! If I could I will not hesitate to give them a million stars!!!!! Thank you so much for everything you do for our kids! We love you and looking forward to enrol my third boy, because I can't imagine to have him anywhere else.

Fantastic centre with fantastic and caring teachers. My 1 and a half year old is so happy here. The staff are caring and thoughtful, very happy that i made the decision to enrol my son.

We had visited more than 20 child cares before sending my daughter to child care, First Step is definitely the best center around Beverly Hills and Kingsgrove areas. My daughter started with First Step when she was only 1 year old. After she attend First Step, I can focus on my work during the day, as I know my daughter is looked after by all the teachers very well. I really appreciate the care and love from all the teachers. We will leave this center because we will move home to the north of Sydney next month. Thank you Ellen, Qin, Despina, Cathy, Natasha, Grace, Vivien, and all the other teachers. Melanie and our family will miss you all !!!!
