Bright ELC is a wonderful long daycare. It’s warm and friendly, fostering a community sense with all the families. It’s harder to get this feeling in some of the larger, more corporate daycares. Bright is a cosy family-run daycare under new ownership since May 2024 by Frankie, an enthusiastic and experienced career educator. His sweet and caring mum Nelly is the chef. She whips up nutritious, home-made meals onsite daily for all the children, catering to all dietary requirements. On Fridays the older kids wear chefs hats and aprons and make their own lunches eg chicken wraps, burgers, salad. Children learn to interact and enjoy independent meal prepping. Bright’s fantastic director, Laura, is smart, approachable and solutions-oriented. All the educators are kind and professional. Special shout-out to Alsaba and Nabila who are a steady, supportive and reassuring presence for the students and parents alike! There is a strong kindergarten readiness program, lots of activities, excursions and solid communication through the day to keep busy parents informed. Also, ample parking as it’s on a quiet residential street which makes pick up drop off easy too. Being at Bright, you know your children will be educated, loved, and nurtured as their own special individual. Highly recommended without reservation!

Bright ELC Riverwood is a fantastic daycare, i cant speak highly enough of the quality of care my children receive. The educators and staff are amazing at what they do, you truly feel they care and are very supportive. The most important thing to me is the culture and care and Bright excels in this. They are also genuinely good people and you feel you are part of a community. The centre has had a fantastic recent refresh and the facilities are great. You will find it is strong in communication with regular updates on activities, new initiatives and development updates on your children. I have the reassurance that both my sons and my daughter (to join next year) are in the capable and caring hands of those at Bright ELC Riverwood.

The team at Bright are amazing! I always get updates on my child, and they are always ready to answer any questions I have. My daughter has grown really comfortable with her early education teachers and everyone there is super professional. Highly recommended.

We have been with this childcare since our child was a year old and it has been 1.5 years since. The ACECQA rating is old and not reflective of the current centre. It’s one of the best childcare centres in the area, and the number one reason is the staff. The educators truly care for your children, are very passionate in what they do and the most important thing is they consistently have the same educators, which is so crucial as you do not want your child to go to a place with high staff turnover. They tailor programs based on your child’s development and interests and are also focusing on early literacy, which appeals to me as someone who works in higher education. My child tells us all about the daily activities, is always happy here and has flourished. We still attend this daycare even though we have moved away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality daycare in the Riverwood /Southwest area.

We are very happy with this Centre for our little one. All the teachers are amazing. The teachers really go out of their way to help your child settle down. It’s just been 2 months for us . We already see improvements in our child’s personality . Highly recommend it to parents who are looking for a small / personalized care and gentle approach in general for their teaching methods. Our Lo is almost 2 We did our fair share of Centre visits and found them to be most supportive with food / sleep / engagement needs ( we are not followers of sleep training and this was very well accommodated with our requirements)

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for A Little Rei of Sunshine. This place is an absolute gem in the world of childcare. I've always felt comfortable leaving my child here, knowing they are in a secure and nurturing environment. Communication is also top-notch. The daily updates and the open-door policy for parents provide peace of mind. You're always in the loop about your child's activities and progress. A Little Rei of Sunshine has been a true partner in my child's early education journey. I've seen tremendous growth and happiness in my child since starting here. I can't recommend this center enough. If you're looking for a childcare center where your child will receive exceptional care, education, and love, this is the place. A little Rei of sunshine really helped me out. Me and my little one loved this place , it’s neat and clean. I really like their setup for the kids. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Best decision we made this year was sending our boys to this centre. The staff are beautiful people who are very genuine and have a loving nature and treat all the children with such love and care. I can honestly say that its hard enough being a full time working mum but I trust the care and support provided by the educators to help my children flourish. I am very thankful for the caring environment they provide. Thank you for all you do, It doesn’t go unnoticed. We are very grateful.
