First Steps Learning Academy - Early Learning Revesby

My two children have attended this centre for the last 3.5 years and I would recommend the centre to anyone. The staff are kind, proactive, caring, professional and patient. They have supported my family and my daughters to reach milestones, learn new things every day and most importantly be safe, happy and healthy. I cannot speak highly enough of the service.

Awesome place - very good with both my kids, would recommend to anyone. To address another reviewer we are given accident report forms for even the most minor of events. The staff are very caring and professional.

I highly recommend First Steps Learning Academy because the staff there are absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, happy, consistent, helpful, educated just to  name a few of their strengths.
It's normal for parents to feel apprehensive, nervous, and even scared when trying to decide where and who can you trust to look after your child /children. And that's how I felt......
But from the very first time I met the educators at First Steps Learning Academy I felt completely reassured and confident that my little one was going to be in good hands.
And I was right.....
They have been amazing with my family and I and very helpful and supportive.
I highly recommend making that phone call and booking in a Tour with them.

It was my son's first day at the centre. When I picked him up he had a large scratch right next to his eye. There was no incident report filed upon picking up my son. None of the staff were able to inform me what happened, so there is clearly lack of communication between the staff, management and parents.  I did not receive a call relating to the issue and had to follow it up the next day. They still do not know what happened. And really didn't show much empathy towards myself or son. If they didnt know what happened and didn't  address this, the wound would not have been cleaned and my son definitely would not have been comforted at the time of the incident. Sadly my son is only 16 months and can not tell me what has happened. I will not be sending him there or to any sister centers

My child has really quickly adapted well with the help of the staff at Ely street. He has never been in Care and after week one there was no more tears , I’ve noticed he has been speaking more too, and increased in trying new foods from the amazing menu supplies. The staff are just so welcoming and have been so great especially during this tough time with regards to  (Covid -19) they are ensuring and upholding great WHS procedures and without a doubt I trust that my child is in great and safe hands wth the continue support and service they are providing. The customer service is friendly,inviting and like your a part of the family instantly  and they get the kids participating in so many activities and programs I love seeing all the photos and being kept updated through our communication  portal. Can’t recommend the team and centre here enough for your little one.
