Mini Masterminds Rockdale

Its a wonderful center with very friendly staff and a great director. Adam’s really such a kind and supportive director. I love working in this center.

I truly appreciate the communication and update provided by the staff, keeping me informed about my child’s activities and progress. My son has beed attending mini mastermind rockdale for almost 2 years now. During this time he has grown to like it. I noticed a big changes especially in his social behaviour. My son was initially a shy boy but now I he initiates to play with other kids.

Kept charging fee after my kids left the centre and gave heaps of excuses not to refund the money, knowing they made mistakes. It has been 2 months! Complaint lodged to the department of Education.

Do NOT send your children to this childcare, I have witnessed the educators raising their voice to the children for crying, dragging a child on the floor and neglecting children. All have been reported and dealt with. My daughter was left unattended multiple times, started crying at drop off's and was getting bitten atleast once a week. They lied on daily charts multiple times and i had caught them out. My child would have a full nappy when i would pick her up to the point her clothes would be wet. Constantly clothes and belongings going missing e.g jackets, bottles and shoes. The list goes on. For months nothing was done to address this. Not to mention another parent who still attends said a child ran away from the centre. I then changed childcare and I have seen a massive difference with my daughters behaviour. I wish I had done it sooner! Don't be fooled by what they have to offer your children. The fancy layout means nothing without the care and compassion this childcare lacks to provide. They are extremely money hungry, when parents were eligible for a higher CCS, the daily fees had then been raised. Not to mention them claiming all my eligible hours of CCS when my daughter only attended 3 days they had claimed 4-5 days. I will let ATO deal with that one. Parents be careful and seek feedback of childcare centres from other sources than just google reviews because their rating definitely does not match the service they provide

A great childcare! Maria the manager is an amazing person always on top of things! She gave us a great tour and explained everything, answered all our questions and always takes care of our requests! The educators are very welcoming and heart warming, I love the open door policy for parents made our little ones transition easier. Theres a daily chart update on the application which I love to check regularly to know whats happening with our little one. Overall a great childcare

Mini master minds Rockdale is definitely the place to be as the director Maria is so wonderful and very supportive with the team and parents. Since I’ve been working at mini master minds for two months now everyone has been very supportive and welcoming me into the centre as this is a very supportive and caring environment where I feel like I can grow in my career.
