The glory days have long ended and many things aren't as good anymore. Really sad to see this school in this state.

i miss hurstville south so much! i went to school here from kindy up until year 4. im in year 9 now and i really want to visit and see all my childhood memories; the ampitheatre, the grass hill, all the people and teachers. im barely in touch with any of them now. :(

oh my. let's just say that I miss the school so much now if Mr Rouland didn't leave. Class of 2016, I know I wasn't there for the full 6 years and what I missed the most was when in assembly and people were leaving, Mr Rouland would get them to stand up and everyone clap for them. That was the most heartwhelming thing that I ever experienced in my primary years. Since then the school has changed to it's worst and since my cousin went there for like a year thinking it would go well, but Mr Rouland by then had left and he had Mrs Smith which would not give heartwhelming goodbyes for the leaving students. He couldn't handle it and ever since he moved his life has moved to the best. He now goes to Oatley Public and if you have the opportunite to leave, just go to somewhere who actually cares for your education not somewhere who thinks (like other reviews) singing and dancing is more important. I left in the end of Year 4 (2014) to Connells Point but this school in my opinion would have been the better one (with Mr Rouland)

Oh yeah, Mr Peng is really the only good teacher now :)

this school was the best 7 years at this school and it got where i am today i had cs and bs but when i went to high school i used the the skills i learnt at this school and now im getting As and MOST teacher are great

i used to go to this school, and i came from overseas and was a new student there in yr 5. people are not welcoming at all when i arrived there, never talked to me, and as a result i made friends with the other people that were lonely like me and never got accepted into any friend group. then i eventually made more 'friends', but all they did was talk behind my back and make fun of me. overall this is not a very welcoming school, some students there are not so friendly. i am not making this up. Also in yrs 5 and 6 you are legit forced to dance and sing BABY songs, which is probably why the kids there are so immature. Oh and teachers there scream.
