Sylvania Heights Before and After School Activity Centre Inc

Sylvania Heights BASC is such a wonderful environment for children, my daughter will be heading into her 3rd year with Kristy and the team and absolutely loves going. The team have such a genuine care for each and every child, they take the time to know and understand all the different little personalities. The centre is always extremely clean and well presented. My daughter thoroughly enjoys everything that is served on the menu as well, plenty of great options each day for the kids to enjoy after a long day at school. I should also mention how incredibly well put the vacation program is put together, so much variety for the kids each day. Thanks you Kristy, Emily and the team for all your incredible dedication and care towards our kids, it certainly makes it easier for a parent knowing their child is in an environment that is so warm and welcoming.

All 3 of my children attend the centre for before and after school care 5 days a week. My eldest is now in year 6. It’s never easy entrusting your most valuable possessions into the care of others; however, Kristy, Emily and the team have become like extended family. They are always extremely helpful, supportive and more than happy to assist you with whatever is required (specific dietary requirements, lost property etc). All of the kids are extremely well looked after and provided amazing opportunities. Vacation care activities are engaging and so fun for all the kids. The staff here have always been professional and I thank them for everything they do, while supporting the well-being and development of our children.

My son is going into his sixth year of attending Sylvania Heights BASC - and the educators there have been nothing short of incredible and supportive - not only of my son, but myself as well. They're always ensuring the safety and well being of the children comes first - and communicating effectively with parents. Booking is a breeze - and they're more than happy to assist you with last minute care - never exceeding their ratios. I trust them with my son's life, and I know they would treat him as their own. It feels like one big family when you join the centre. I am so thankful for every minute of care given. The joy my son gets from the fun activites he has had the opportunity to participate in has been life changing for him - that he actually begs to go even when not required - vacation care included. There is so much to choose from in the holidays, and plenty of kids to play with. Thank you so much to Kristy, Emily, and their amazing team. You will be family to us always!

Bully kids and staff reports kids have left place crying due to Emily and director screaming at them horrible teachers!!
