The Ridge Preschool & Childcare Centre

The Ridge is such a beautiful centre, from day one we felt like part of the family, my girls and I have always been supported and would honestly recommend The Ridge in a heartbeat. I would struggle to find a childcare centre that could top The ridge. Every educator has time and patience for everyone and is just so amazing at what they do, I honestly couldn't fault any one of them, the love and care they put into my girls daily is incredible.

Our two girls (aged 2.5 and 1) both attend the Ridge preschool and adore all the educators, everyone is so caring and loving to our girls, i am so grateful we found the ridge

The Ridge is a centre that has met all my expectations regarding the care of my children. Its passionate group of educators has been accomodating to the stage my kids are going through providing care, education and different tools to guide them specifically acording to their age. The director is truly involved and you can often find her going through the kids groups rooms either leading or participating in activities, engaging with the children, supervising or sharing feedback with the parents. It’s an open doors centre and anytime I come for pick up my kids are enjoying the multiple activities the educators and the centre have to offer. From arts and craft, to several books, toys, massive outdoors backyard, bikes, big sand pit, mud kitchen, cubby house, gardening, etc.. The centre has a perspective that is very aware of nature, the kids have a beautiful view of the bush at the back and they get taught to enjoy and respect wildlife as a system that we are all part of. The educators are brilliant and they are teaching the children through play, they do activities beyond learning ABCs (which they do) that can be used in real life, like cooking, gardening, science experiments, camping and more. The admin of the centre works great, communication is a strong skill through them and they are always available either via email, phone or business hours and issues get resolved promptly. The kitchen works constantly through the day providing fresh and healthy food to the kids, they encourage them independence while eating and they all grab a plate, have a serve and sit down with their friends in picnic tables. They can repeat their serves if they are still hungry. The educators are very aware of the children wearing sunscreen and hats. And the centre is always very clean. Such a long review I hope this can help anybody in their search for a centre, we are very very happy in here.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with The Ridge childcare! From the moment my daughter started attending, I've been consistently impressed with the level of care and attention she receives. The staff at The Ridge are not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly warm and nurturing, creating a supportive environment where children can thrive. The facilities at The Ridge are well-maintained, and the variety of activities offered ensure that every day is filled with fun and learning. My daughter looks forward to going to The Ridge every morning, and as a parent, that peace of mind is invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend The Ridge to any parent seeking quality childcare for their little one.

As with every parent, we wanted the best for our child and found that sending her to the Ridge Preschool is the best we could have done for her. The teachers at the Centre really care for our girl, they work on developing her skills, they console her and adapt to her needs, they are just so in it, so involved and so loving. We couldn't have asked for a better extension to our family! We trust them wholeheartedly. As well as people, Ridge offers incredible food, experiences, events, performance etc. We truly couldnt be happier for picking the Ridge.

We moved suburbs when our daughter was 4 for our final year before Kindy and couldn't have found a better place. We thought we had a great daycare and were worried about moving but our daughter settled in instantly and not once in the full year did we have a single issue and our daughter loved every second. Thank you!

My 5 year old is super happy at this service, staff are lovely and engaged with the children. Communication is fantastic, always updated on what the children are having to eat during the day, which makes dinner planning very easy. Director is lovely and very present in the service. Overall I would highly recommend 👌

My kids have started at The Ridge Preschool and childcare recently and it has been such an amazing experience. Everyone has been warm and welcoming making sure both kids are feeling comfortable in he new environment. There are so many awesome activities planned for the kids they come home with big smiles every day. I would definitely recommend this childcare.

The Ridge Daycare is a wonderful centre! Both my children (4 months and 14 months) thoroughly enjoy each day. The centre manager goes above and beyond her role and has transformed the centre into a beautiful place for the children of all ages. All the teachers as a whole are unbelievably supportive, co-operative and all around amazing! The centre provides delicious food and keeps you updated on all the exciting activities the children are involved in. The range of activities and everyday schedules are so much fun and I would highly recommend.

The new owners of this daycare have updated the centre beautifully. It’s clean and fun for the kids with a lot of variety of outdoor play in a quiet bush setting. The staff are very caring , friendly and accommodating to parents and children . I highly recommend this preschool/ daycare.
