Hi! I’m Julianne and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Kincumber. I have been at this centre since it was built about 21 years ago, starting as a teacher. I have been the director here for about 18 years.
I have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and at the core of my philosophy is the value of play in learning and development.
Every child develops at a different rate, and in the early education setting we have the opportunity to embrace the children’s individual strengths, needs and interests.
I am fortunate to have an experienced and highly-qualified team of early childhood educators and carers who share this vision – and as such we work closely with parents to ensure the whole family is supported and an active part of their child’s journey.
