Goodstart Early Learning Mannering Park

I have worked in the early learning industry since 2005 where I began as a trainee and have experienced all age groups and even been a centre cook. I had always wanted to become a Centre Manager and after continuous education and experience I became successful in this in 2015 while completing my Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5 years) degree.  I joined Goodstart through Mission Australia Early Learning in 2019. I was transferred to Mannering Park after having my second baby and have been here since September 2021.

Management Philosophy

I am very passionate about creating strong positive relationships with children and their families and engage daily to create these strong bonds. I believe the positive strong relationships are one of the most important factors to ensure families feel a sense of belonging.

Education Philosophy

The first five years of a child’s life are the most important and I strive to ensure all children feel safe and secure within our learning environments. My team of passionate educators provide quality care and education to all children within our service.

Team Statement

I am fortunate to have a strong passionate team with some deeply experienced educators who have been here for over 10 years. This allows them to role model and educate new educators for continuity of quality across our service. They are always available to support families and their love for children and their education is obvious in their interactions and strong relationships they all have with all children across the service.
