Appletree Early Education and Preschool

My daughter attended the preschool for over a year I spoke to the director of the School as we had spoken about toilet training and my daughter have an accident at school and they wanted to put my daughter back in nappies and I suggested to put her in Training pants as apparently my daughter had been left unattended for that long that she had got poo all through the playground and on other children’s clothing I was told if we did not like the decision, to find a different facility there was no negotiating. It was their way or no way i had one educator Tell me if my daughter spat on her she would spit back in her face. The preschool was aware that we are waiting to see a Paediatrician for my daughter My daughter has got some behaviours.The daycare stated to me that she Had no friends at the Daycare which was not true I had a few parents reach out to me From the centre, as their children were missing my daughter. I had asked for incident reports. the incident reports that they gave me was not actually, incident these were my daughter setting boundaries for her personal space. The day that I picked my daughter up for her Last day Educators were told to not speak to me and get me out as quick as they can my daughter did not even get to say goodbye to her favourite educators

Excellent Daycare. Always willing to help with any problems. Has gone above and beyond to solve problems. Directors and staff are wonderful people.
