Hello, my name is Brittney and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Rutherford. I hold my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as well as currently studying my Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching.
I have worked in the Early Childhood Sector for nearly 12 Years and have a passion for working with Children as well as mentoring Educators and Leadership.
As an Early Childhood Director and Educator, I am passionate and devoted to providing a space for all children to feel as though they can be themselves & grow and develop in their own unique way.
I pride myself on creating a safe, nurturing, and warm home like environment for all children, families and educators with education being Key as well as positive relationships and a sense of belonging.
I value Early Childhood Education as the foundation for lifelong learning and I look forward to being a part of the Goodstart Rutherford team and meeting all children, families, and educators.
