Banora Point Early Learning Centre

Do not recommend, most poorly run ELC I’ve come across. The invoices did not make sense and I was charged full prices when I had CCS approved.. overall can not recommend this place best thing I did was take my child out.

Banora Early Learning Centre has been a blessing for us and our four children. The educators and management are all involved with the children. The communication is continual which really eases the nerves when your little one first starts for sure! The atmosphere is relaxing but also energetic and fun. The events feel like a family gathering and you always look forward to be apart of it. I always recommend this childcare centre to my work colleges and friends as I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with all my children. For my children they always express how much fun they have there and my eldest two even though in primary school still get excited to see everyone when we pick up our younger twins which really says something about the people there. Thank you to all , you do an amazing job and be proud of what you do !! ❤️❤️

Our girls love going to early learning centre -they are so happy each day. Jerry and her staff are lovely and have been so kind to our family over the past year. Highly recommend.

About 12 months ago BPELC was a great childcare, There are some great educators here but unfortunately they can’t make up for the less than caring ones. My children attended BPELC from 2017-2022 which was 9 months too long. From broken arms gone unnoticed to educators pinning children down out of frustration the centre has drastically declined since the educators that had been there 10+ years left. While the owner Jerry is great with people of all ages, she runs the childcare solely like a business, forgetting these are the most formative years of our childrens lives.

My 3 kids (now all at primary school) have attended this centre from a very young age (8 months when they started). I have nothing but gratitude for the carers and for Jerry (the owner) who have always cared for my kids with love, care and dedication. It was nearly 8 years of care where the kids made good friends and they had an excellent experience throughout their early learning years. I highly recommend BPELC to anyone looking for dedicated educators and peace of mind for their kids childcare.

There are honestly not enough positive words to describe our experience at Banora Point Early Learning Centre. My daughter started daycare just before turning 1, she was very attached to me and I was worried how she would go as we still breastfed and contact slept. However right from her first day Jerry and all of the amazing staff loved my daughter as if she was their own. She was very quickly settled once I handed her over and it was not long at all until she was so comfortable there and there were no tears at all on drop off. After 8 months she then transitioned to full time care and absolutely loves daycare. She has come on leaps and bounds with her vocabulary and social skills, they have a great curriculum. It is rare to hear/see a child crying or unsettled, it is so obvious how loved, safe and comfortable the children feel and I cannot thank the lovely staff enough for everything they have done, and continue to do for my daughter. I highly recommend sending your child/children to BPELC.

We have our 2 daughters at Banora Point Early Learning Center. The staff is really friendly and professional. Jerry the manager is really nice and accommodating. Our kids love going there and are even asking us to attend during the weekend... while it is closed... Thank you

My daughter attended Banora point early learning Centre, 5 days per week from 6 months old, she is now 5 I could not fault the centre and the care and learning they provided to my daughter They set her up brilliantly for school and she loved going there, which makes working full time so much easier when your child is happy and enjoys the care. Very grateful for all the team.

Banora point early learning centre is amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. The staff are simply wonderful, caring and capable people who I trust and feel so safe leaving my children with. They don’t just look after your kids they lovingly take care of them, teach them, give them structure and a safe environment. There is not a high staff turnover which I love. Both my children are here part time every week and both are always excited and happy to go! They have so much fun and learn so much here - the staff truely do care for your kids. I’m so glad I found this centre.

I highly recommend Banora Point Early Learning Centre!!!!! I have used child care/preschool centres for all my children over the last 25 years and this centre is the best I have ever had the pleasure of leaving my children with. I have witnessed their staff to be so caring & attentive to not only my child, but other children also. I have never witnessed carers/teachers singing, dancing, cuddling, laughing and teaching children in such a down to earth hands on and can do effort before coming here. It is truly inspiring to witness. My son has learning difficulties and the teachers were so supportive and used their expertise and empathy to make it easy for my son to grasp what was going on. Not only do they have amazing caring staff, but their director is hands on and passionate about children learning and their fees were the cheapest I found in the Tweed Heads/Banora Point area which was even a bigger bonus. Absolutely love this centre, You won't be disappointed Kylie
