I was at work today when I got a call from my partner who was inconsolable. My little boy of 18 months was supposed to be going for first day at the Falls Creek and Vicki was rude as hell and very unprofessional!!!! To all parents out there taking there child to this day care, think again.

Only spoke to them once and they were very nice and helpful with what I needed to know. Would definitely recommend this service to families who are seeking other Childcare options.
