This Centre is so amazing I couldn’t think of a better place to send my children! It is quite large however their rooms are so warm with consistent educators and so many extra curricular activities! They provide and amazing menu and the convince of the hairdresser and swimming pool is an added bonus! Highly recommend!!!

Upon giving them 2 weeks notice , no one told me about sending my daughter on the last day or I will be charged in full. After taking $574 out of my account without telling me,  they say they emailed me. Checked the email which doesn't say anything about it and called them again. Now they saying someone must have told me over the phone plus I can't do anything because I signed the terms and conditions form which states this. But they were supposed to inform me before doing this  which they didnt . The person I spoke to say they can't do anything because I signed the terms and conditions form. Basically it's not there fault the they didnt spoke to me about it which they say they tell every parent when they give 2 weeks notice. Very very unprofessional.

I have been put on a waiting list for a year now to have 4 consecutive days so that I could have a 3 days weekend instead. As currently my kids go 3 days and have Thursday off and then come back Friday. And a year later, I’m STILL waiting! It makes it so hard for a single mum like myself who’s on her own with no family to help and trying to work smart they are making my life really hard and miserable. I have had 4 break down in the last 18/24 months due to frustration and I’m suffering from PND. I’m only keeping my kids in there because it’s only 10 mins drive from home and a few of the educators there like Ms Tash/Ally/Josie are amazing teachers and my kids loves them. So after waiting for year, I gave notice to drop the Friday and was told I need to give 2 weeks notice. I was angry and frustrated because in the 2.5 months that I got stood down from work due to the pandemic I keep my kids home and I rang to tell them I was so that they could have a break. Mind you THEY were still getting paid for my kids not coming in. BUT I the single mum who is now working only 3 days a week on minimum wages have to pay for 2 more extra Fridays that my kids won’t be attending. This centre is the worse I have ever come across. They just don’t give a F about helping anyone. I’m disgusted they took 2.5 months worth of money from the government while my kids were home the entire time during the lockdown but I will have to pay to give notice to drop a day. Message to the OWNER/CEO/director of the centre. You guys are disgusting! How about looking after your customers?!!!!

Staff are excellent, However management are unable to do their job professionally and lack the ability to be accountable for their mistakes. I would recommend that you find another centre who are professional and accountable for their mistakes.
