About Our Centre
Footsteps By Faith is a family owned early learning centre in Picton, NSW, providing education and care for children aged 6 months to 6 years. We are open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:00pm and focus on creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel secure, supported and genuinely known.

Our Rooms
We welcome children from nursery through to preschool age. Children are grouped according to their age, stage of development and individual needs so they can feel safe, supported and appropriately challenged throughout the day.

Curriculum and Learning Approach
Our program is grounded in play-based learning, because children learn best through active exploration, creativity, enquiry and connection with others. Each day follows a balanced rhythm that supports children’s wellbeing, development and sense of security, with opportunities for indoor and outdoor play, group experiences, quiet moments, intentional teaching and child-led learning.

What We Provide
Our daily fee is all-inclusive and covers meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, sunscreen, learning resources, excursions and more. Meals are prepared on site, and we work with families to support diagnosed allergies, intolerances and other dietary requirements wherever possible.

Our Educators
Our educators value strong relationships with children and families. We believe children thrive when they are cared for by familiar educators who know them well and we place a strong emphasis on emotional security, trust and consistency. As a service, we also support our team through improved educator-to-child ratios, traineeships and qualification progression.
