Little Zak's Academy Jordan Springs

We have been at LZ since 2019, only taking a small break at the start of 2023 between children. We could not be happier! The Educators and staff are wonderful and both my girls have been so happy there. Seeing the beautiful relationships they develop with their Educators makes me feel so much more comfortable and trusting having to leave them in care each day. Couldn’t recommend the service more highly!

Highly don't recommend this place. My child was here for 7 months and within a short period of time my child was lefted unattended at times, had brusies in odd places, grab marks on his arms, rope burn on the back of the neck, brusied eye for a week and no one had no idea how it happened or why it happened. The staff would say the kids were playing rough as an excuse. I bring up issues to the team leader, and I would be dismissed. I would discuss issues with the director of the childcare I would be dismissed as well. Nothing would resolve, and the selection of workers would act unprofessional, for explain roll their eyes or display a facial expression of disgust. I have discussed my experience with others and found 5 children with similar experiences

Little Zak’s Academy is a really good daycare. My daughter goes to the centre at Jordan Springs and we have had a great experience in the past 3.5 years she has been at this centre. The educators are very friendly and encouraging and have helped my daughter learn so much in developing her skills, knowledge and building relationships with her peers. My daughter loves going to daycare very much and even looks forward to going to daycare on a weekend/public holiday, days when the centre is closed which speaks a lot how good this centre is and how much the kids feel secure, welcomed and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this centre to my family and friends. Thank you Little Zak’s Academy team. You all are amazing at what you do and are the best!

Highly rate this wonderful daycare. I have had 3 kids attend the centre over a span of 4 years and have nothing but positives to say! All the teachers are beyond amazing and work with the children with their individual strengths in mind to help them strive for greatness :) All of the admin staff and management are also a delight to work with and nothing is too much trouble for them to help with. My daughter started kindergarten this year after attending little Zak’s for 3 years and still says how much she misses all her teachers!

I have sent my 4 children to Little Zaks at Jordan Springs. The educators have all been amazing and have shown interest in my children's needs and interests. They are great at communicating with me each day, so I know how my children's days have been.

Little Zak's Academy has been a wonderful place for our children’s early education. Our first son started at 6 months old and is now 4 years old, having stayed with the same childcare for the past four years. Seeing the positive impact it had on him, we enrolled our second son when he was 8 months old, and he is already thriving at 1 year old. The Baby Room teachers are exceptional, demonstrating remarkable patience and care. They do an outstanding job with the little ones, making the environment nurturing and comfortable. Both of our children enjoy attending the academy, and it's clear they are happy and engaged. The educators in the older kids' rooms are equally amazing. The daily activities are informative and content-rich, promoting learning in a fun and engaging manner. The staff is friendly, well-mannered, and truly dedicated to the children's growth and development. Our kids are learning a lot and genuinely enjoy their time there. Additionally, the receptionists always greet us warmly, making us feel welcome every time we visit. Little Zak's Academy is a fantastic childcare facility that we highly recommend.
