Parent Reviews
My baby girl is about to turn 2 years old (October). She started attending Penrith MA in January and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Gemma is a very clever and independent baby and so the Montessori principles of "Teach me to do it myself" and "Follow the child" are exactly what she needs and appreciates!
Her teachers, Miss Nicole, Miss Kaylah and Miss Connie really understand who she is and support her in all areas of her learning and development. I know how much she loves and adores her teachers and I have no doubt that they feel the same about her. It will be bitter sweet when she moves up to the 2-3 room next year, but her teachers have already started preparing her for a smooth transition and introducing elements of the new room.
Gemma is also breastfeed, and so the centre is very supportive of our breastfeeding journey, allowing me to pop in to feed her as she wouldn't take to a bottle.
In regards to the centre itself, there is a lovely new playground in the 0-2 room, and every time I have entered the centre; whether its for drop offs/pick ups or breastfeeds, it is always so tidy and clean, and has the feeling of running smoothly to the routine; like clockwork!
There is an excellent app, as well as emails, with daily updates and photos and can be used to communicate with teachers.
I can't recommend Penrith Montessori Academy enough! The guilt I may have felt before sending Gemma is all gone and there are times where I feel they do a better job of teaching and nurturing Gemma then I do! lol
Thanks so much for providing such a wonderful nurturing environment for Gemma to learn, grow and develop!
I truly feel that Montessori Academy is exactly the place my baby girl needs to be! <3
Penrith Montessori academy has greatly developed my kid in social skills , interactions and our everyday activities . I would definitely recommend This Academy and cannot wait to have my second baby to enrol her/him here
We are so happy with our choice of Montessori Penrith. My daughter started daycare at 4 months old during the pandemic. She’s our first child and I felt extremely apprehensive having her start so young when restrictions back then prevented me from entering the centre. Not withstanding this, the entire team in the babies room made us feel welcome, comfortable and confident from day one. Our daughter has closely bonded to all staff and is so happy to go to daycare, she doesn’t want to come home! Her happiness speaks for itself and I don’t think she could be in better hands. I am so grateful to the team at Penrith Montessori for making my return to work positive and for fostering the care and development of my little one.
I am very thankful and recommend Penrith Montessori to every kid because of the curriculum and practices they follow. I have seen BIG changes in my kid while going to Montessori Academy. Initially he was very shy however later I see lots of positive changes in his behaviour and he is more confident now. He loves interacting with all educators. I would like to thank Miss Emma and Miss preet as they are awsome educators and my kid is very much bonded with them. Thank You to other educators as well for you positive and cheerful interactions. Thank You to all Educators and Miss Katie for providing such positive environment in your (Penrith Montessori) branch that it makes huge impact on kids learning. I wish I can give more stars but the limit is 5 only :-)
My daughter Angelina has a rare genetic disease and she is developmentally delayed. Montessori penrith has honestly just been amazing from day 1. They truly believe in her and want her to achieve at her own pace and that is all I ask for. They believe in her ability to learn and whilst it may not be like a typical child they allow her to thrive the way she does & ensure she feels safe and secure, as do I as a parent. I’ve had to make a lot of tough decisions on this journey but the decision I made to have Angelina part of Montessori I know was the right one.
Penrith Montessori Academy has helped my child develop self confidence, social skills and his imagination. The centre and its staff are highly professional and demonstrate care and kindness with all their child interactions. I would strongly recommend Penrith Montessori Academy to anyone looking for a service to care for and develop their child's self confidence and sense of self.
My children have been attending Penrith Montessori Academy two days a week since January this year. My eldest was previously at a play based centre where she struggled to learn and form friendships. Since joining Montessori she has become much more confident, she has formed friendships and she is continuously learning everyday.
My youngest loves coming to Montessori where she also is learning basic montessori at such a young age.
The bonds both of my girls have with their educators is amazing!
All the staff are friendly and treat your children as their own. Highly recommend!
